This dissertation consists of two parts.The first part is composed by three chapters,which mainly discuss the hydroamination of alkynes catalyzed by nickle.The first chapter is the summary of reported non-noble metal catalyzed hydroamination reactions.It describes the recent progress in the hydroamination,especially the hydroamiantion of alkynes from the respective of reaction mechanism and the concept of green chemistry.The second chapter describes the research of nickel catalyzed hydroamination between hydrazones and alkynes.The best condition of hydrohydrazonation system was obtained by the optimization of ligand,solvent,temperature,et al.The substrate scope of this system was also tested by the reaction of various hydrazons and alkynes with high atom efficiency.The third chapater describes hydroamination of amines with the similar system as the second chapter descripes.Several aniline derivatives were used in this hydroamination system with diphenylacetylene to get the intermediate-Schiff base,which was then reduced in one-pot reaction to get the isolatable product.The second part is composed by two chapters,which mainly discusses the ionic liquid catalyzed aerobic oxidative bromination and its application in the synthesis of intermediate of Ambroxol.The fourth chapter is the brief introduction of oxidative bromination,especially ionic liquid catalyzed aerobic oxidative bromination.It concludes bromination reactions from the perspective of atom efficiency and green chemistry.The fifth chapter describes the research of ionic liquid catalyzed aerobic oxidative bromination and the application of this system in the synthesis of the intermediate of Ambroxol.A series of ammonium ionic liquid was screened and the reaction conditions were also optimized.Then several kinds of aromatic compounds were brominated in this system with decent yields.The recycle and recover of the catalyst is also discussed.The aerobic bromiantion system obtained was then applied in the the systhesis of the intermediate of Ambroxol,the reaction conditions were also optimized.
