| 1.Asterina pectinifera,which are echinoderms belonging to the class Asteroidea,distribute widely in China Sea.In recent years,its large scale outbreak in Chinese coastal areas has led to severe economic damage to fishery.In order to develop the resource of starfish,the chemical consitituents of starfish Asterina pecinifera were studied in this thesis.16 compounds were isolated from starfish Asterina pectinifera by solvent extraction and modern chromatographic methods,such as silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20,MPLC(ODS),TLC and preparative reversed-phase HPLC,and so on.Based on their physico-chemical and spectroscopic properties,the structures were elucidated as follows:pectinioside H(A1),pectinioside I(A2),pectinioside J(A3),asterosaponin P1(A4),3-O-sulfoasterone(A5),3-O-sulfothornasterol A(A6),5α-cholestan-3β,6a,7a,8,15a,16β,26-heptol(A7),5a-cholestan-3β,6α,8,15α,24-pentol(A8),5a-cholestan-3β,6a,7a,8,15β,16β,26-heptol(A9),5a-cholestan-3β,4β,6α,7α,8,15α,16β,26-heptol(A10),5α-cholestan-3β,4β,6α,7α,8,15β,16β,24-heptol-6-0-sulphate(All),pectinioside A(A12),cholest-7-en-3β-ol(A13),thymine(A14),deoxy thymine nucleotide(A15),tryptophan(A16).Compounds A1,A2 and A3 were new,compounds A5 and A6 were isolated from Asterina pectinifera firstly.Some of these compounds were tested for their cell growth inhibition in vitro against HL-60 cell using Trypan Blue method.The IG50 values of compounds A6-A10,A12 were 36.3,28.7,16.0,40.5,80.3,1.89 μM,respectively.But compounds A1-A5 showed no cell growth inhibition in vitro against the HL-60 cell.2.The secondary metabolites of microbe organism isolated extreme environment are the one of the hot research of natural products.In order to find lead compounds with excellent bioactivities,secondary metabolites of fungus GS01-F15 isolated from saline soil(Gansu,China)were studied.25 compounds were isolated from fermentation broth of fungus GS01-F15 by solvent extraction and modern chromatographic methods,such as silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20,VLC and preparative reversed-phase HPLC,and so on.Based on their physico-chemical and spectroscopic properties,the structures were elucidated as follows:(3S,6R)3,6-Di(propan-2-yl)-4-methyl-morpholine-2,5-dione(1),(3S,6R)3-(2-Methylpropyl)-6-(propan-2-yl)-4-methyl-morpholine-2,5-dione(2),(3S,6R)3-(Butan-2-yl)-6-(propan-2-yl)-4-methyl-morpholine-2,5-dione(3),(3S,6R)3,4-Dimethyl-6-(propan-2-yl)-morpholine-2,5-dione(4),cyclo(Tyr-Gly)(5),cyclo(Tyr-Leu)(6),cyclo(Tyr-Pro)(7),cyclo(Phe-Pro)(8),cyclo(Phe-Hyp)(9),cyclo(Phe-Gly)(10),cyclo(Phe-Leu)(11),cyclo(Phe-Val)(12),cyclo(Ile-Hyp)(13),cyclo(Ile-Leu)(14),cis-cyclo(Phe-Hyp)(15),cyclo(Leu-Hyp)(16),cyclo(Leu-Val)(17),cyclo(Ile-Val)(18),cyclo(Ile-Pro)(19),cyclo(Leu-Pro)(20),N-phenethylacetamide(21),N-(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)acetamide(22),N-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)acetamide(23),methyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(24),rubrofusarin(25).Compound 4 was new natural product. |
