Research On The Clinical Experience Of Professor Jiageng Li In Differention And Treatment For Cancer Base On Date Analyzing And Mining

ObjectiveThis study intends to use data mining methods to analyze the treatment of cancer cases in the modern periodical literature and the treatment of cancer cases by Professor Jiageng Li,to explore the application rules of the classical prescriptions in the treatment of cancer and to study Professor Jiageng Li’s experience in the treatment of cancer with the use of the classical prescriptions.The final purpose is to better inherit and glorify Li’s clinical experience and academic thought.MethodsThe literature research was conducted from 1972 to December2017.The research object is the literature on the treatment of the cancer by classical prescriptions,which comes from China CNKI,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,Chongqin VIP Chinese science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,Chinese biomedical literature service system.The literature was selected to conform to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria throughreading the summary or the full text.We classified and set up some databases,which include the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions,the treatment of cancer complications by the classical prescription,the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions in combination with surgery,the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions in combination with chemotherapy and the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions in combination with radiotherapy.The prescriptions and medicine for the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions were established separately among them.Using Microsoft Excel table data processing functions and basic statistical methods to study journal statistics,the application of classical prescriptions,and to deal with the occurrence frequency of classical prescriptions.The frequency and clustering function of IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0software were used to analyze the prescriptions and medicine for the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions and the association analysis of them was performed using the Apriori algorithm of the IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Professor Jiageng Li’s clinical experience was collected cancer cases from September2015 to October 2017 in the Department of State Clinic of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient clinic of Fenghuang Hospital of Hubei Province and set up a database of Professor Li’s treatment of cancer cases.The traditional Chinese medicine big data intelligent processing and knowledge service system was used to analyze the regularity of cancer treatment for Professor Li by frequency analysis,association rules,and cluster analysis.ResultsAfter sorting out and counting the literature on the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions,revealing that it has gradually increased since 1982;the treatment of cancer by the classical prescriptions involves 70 classical prescriptions,of which 35 are written by the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",35 from the "Golden Chamber".The two are equal in number,but the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" use a slightly higher proportion of the original book.The top 14 most frequently occurring frequency were Sinisan,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Wuling Powder,Xiayuxue Decoction,Banxiaxiexin Decoction,Xuanfudaizhe Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction,Huangqijianzhong Decoction,Wumei Pill,qianjinweijing Decoction,Guizhifuling Pill,Dahuangzhechong Pill,Shuyu Pill,xiaoxianxiong Decoction.Among the high frequency drugs for the treatment of cancer by modern doctors with the classical prescriptions,the frequency of equal to or more than 60 in proper order were licorice,Pinellia ternate,Paeonia lactiflora,Poria,Bupleurum,Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Red jujube,Scutellaria baicalensis,Cassia twig.The highest proportion was Tonic Medicine,which accounted for 24.72%.The higher proportion of medicines were Heat-clearing Medicine,Phlegm and Pough relieving asthma Medicine,Blood Circulation expectorant Medicine,Water Diuresis and Osmotic Medicine,Relieving medicine,and Qi Medicine and Warm Medicine,the top eight types of drugs accounted for 85.81%.The taste was dominated by sweetness,bitterness and pungency.Among them,the proportion of sweet medicine was 31.24%,that of bitter medicine was 25.67%,that of pungent medicine was 23.74%.The temperature of medicinal properties is 28.25%,that of cold is 22.06%,that of flat is 20.36%,that of micro-cold is 13.89%,and that of lukewarm is 6.94%.On the whole,the nature of warmth(warm,lukewarm)proportion of drugs and the proportion of cold(cold,slightly cold)are basically the same.Medications are mainly based on spleen,stomach,lung,liver,and meridian.The main drug pairs included Peach Kernel and Steleophaga,Poria and Atractylodes macrocephala,Rehmannia and Ophiopogon root,Bupleurum and Paeonia lactiflora,Pinellia ternate and Scutellaria baicalensis.Special emphasis is placed on the compatibility of tonics and various anti-inflammatory drugs.In the application of cancer complications by the treatment of the classical prescriptions,cancerous fever,cancer pain,and malignant thoracic and ascites fluids have a wide range of applications.The classical prescriptions combined with chemotherapy are mainly used for digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy.Professor Jiageng Li’s treatment of cacer,a total of 66 patients were included,725 consultations,the total efficiency is81.82 %,the average age of 57.29 years,women account for excess men;the majority of lung cancer and breast cancer.Drugs with a frequency of ≥ 50% were Hedyotis diffusa,Hawthorn,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Licorice,Rhizoma Paris,Red Peony,White Peony,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Coptidis,Ligusticum Wallichii.The frequency of use of Heat-clearing Drugs was the highest,accounting for 22.41% of the total frequency,and the cumulative frequency of the top eight drugs was 84.15%,followed by Heat-clearing Drugs,Tonic-reducing drugs,Phlegm-relieving and Anti-asthmatic Drugs,Anti-emetic Drugs,Qi Drugs,and Diuretic-permeability Drugs,Xiaoshi Medicine and Blood Stasis Medicine.The main herbal medicines in a prescription are bitterness,sweetness,and pungency.The proportion of bitter tasting medicine is 26.61%,that of sweet medicine is 26.25%,that of pungent medicine is 22.57%.The temperature accounted for 26.90%,the cold accounted for 17.57%,the micro-cold accounted for 16.39%,the flat accounted for 16.24%,and the microthermia accounted for 13.16%.On the whole,the thermogenic(warm,mild)drugs proportion is slightly higher than the cold(cold,slightly cold).The meridian drugs are mainly based on liver and spleen.The main drug pairs are Hedyotis diffusa and Rhizoma Paris,Red Peony and White Peony,Coix Seed and Clematis,Rhizoma Cyperi and Fructus aurantii,Radix scrophulariae and Radix Ophiopogonis.The core parties are: 1.Cancer basic side: Hedyotis Diffusa,Baijiu Hu,Scutellaria Barbata,Red Peony,White Peony,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Astragalus Membranaceus,Fried two Buds.2.Gaseous stagnation syndrome: Ginger,Mushroom,Cifu,Bupleurum,Citrus,Orange,Angelica.3.Gastrointestinal cancer side: Taxus Chinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Corydalis Yan,Sophora Japonica,Poria,Citrus,Hawthorn,Begonia,Baihe,Licorice.4.Breast cancer,thyroid cancer,lymph node metastasis Cancer side: Prunella Vulgaris,Red Peony,Fried Clams,Coix Seed,Clematis.Conclusion1.Modern physicians and Professor Jiageng Li’s classical prescriptions theory of diagnosis and treatment of cancer both believe that the cancer is "asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality",in which "Asthenia is the foundation" and "the qi is stagnation" are the main pathogenesis of cancer.2.In the treatment of cancers by classical prescriptions,modernphysicians believe that the main treatments are “fuzheng and evil spirits”and “adjust the qiji”and the treatments of cancers by Professor Jiageng Li’s are the same.3.Modern physicians treat the cancer with the classical prescriptions,emphasis on the use of the combination of reinforcing and eliminating drugs and eliminating pathogens,and pay attention to the nurse one’s health of the spleen and the stomach.The overall prescriptions of the drugs is gentle.4.Professor Jiageng Li regards eliminating evil and strengthening the body resistance both as equally important on the treatment of cancer.The treatment methods for cancer by Professor Jiageng Li are Qingrejiedu、Shuganjieyu、Fuzhengpeiben and Guhuweiqi.5.In the application of cancer complications by the treatment of the classical prescriptions,cancerous fever,cancer pain,and malignant thoracic and ascites fluids have a wide range of applications.The classical prescriptions combined with chemotherapy are mainly used for digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy.But the prescription is partial,the depth of syndrome differentiation.6.The big data intelligent processing and knowledge service system of traditional Chinese medicine is more accurate and objective than the traditional data mining method to express the spatial relationship of the knowledge element,and to judge the effect of knowledge intuitively.
