Study On Principle Research Of Syndrome Differentiation System On Gastric Cancer

Gastric cancer is considered as a complicated disease with multi-characteristics syndrome and multi-disease location in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Due to the variability of syndromes,it is very easy to miss diagnosis or make inappropriate judgment,resulting in poor clinical efficacy.Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine have different opinions on the syndrome differentiation diagnostics and treatment methods on gastric cancer.Due to lack of unity and standardization,it is difficult to conduct objective and standard diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,a standard,specific,flexible syndrome differentiation system of gastric cancer must be establish.This article is based on the "five viscera system of syndrome differentiation system" established by Prof Wu to analyzes the disease location and characteristics syndromes of gastric cancer,summarizes the syndrome differentiation rules and treatment,We will initially establishes a clinical standardized gastric cancer diagnosis system to facilitate clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer and improve the efficacy.“Five viscera system of syndrome differentiation system" established by Prof Wu is a method of combining "from syndrome differentiation" and "syndrome differentiation with disease" in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This modern Chinese medicine diagnostic is based on the identification of the disease first and analyze the syndrome differentiation afterwards.Clinically using the ""Five viscera system of syndrome differentiation" " to guide the syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer.This system has established a new mode of thinking in gastric cancer differentiation.It combine main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue pulse performance,modern medical record,and basic clinical information to determine the location and syndrome of gastric cancer,guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Introduction of modern medical record benefits the combination of disease and syndrome,which is easy to master,flexible,accurate,and conducive to more standardized,consistent with the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.It also can improve the clinical diagnosis and help with the treatment.By reviewing a large number of traditional Chinese medicine literature and documents related to gastric cancer,this article summarizes the origin,cause and pathogenesis of gastric cancer,disease location,and disease characteristic syndrome.It has been found that the name,symptoms,syndrome differentiation and method of differentiation by ancient physicians are numerous,which is not yet standardized.Therefore;,"Five viscera system of syndrome differentiation system" and Mathematical Model are simply combined to simplify and standardize the process of syndrome differentiation.268 qualified clinical cases medical record of gastric cancer were collected.The essential data were classified and summarized.Statistical analysis methods,such as cluster analysis and principal component analysis,were used to analyze the disease location,and characteristics syndrome.The "stomach syndrome diagnosis information table" was summed up.We also compared the clinical TNM stages of gastric cancer,history of surgery,and history of chemotherapy treatment based on disease location,characteristics syndrome,pathological distribution etc.By analyzing historical literature data and 268 clinical cases of gastric cancer,the results suggested that "sputum blockage stomach" is the basic syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer.Gastric,spleen and liver is the most important disease locations of gastric cancer patients.The basic disease position is in the stomach,and the secondary are spleen,liver and kidney.Qi deficiency and blood deficiency are the basic characteristic syndrome in the occurrence of gastric cancer.Qi deficiency is the most important,and qi stagnation,blood deficiency,blood stasis,and condyloma are the secondary characteristics syndrome of gastric cancer.Blood stasis and hemorrhoids are important pathological basis of gastric cancer.The statistical results of clinical cases showed that incidence on male patients are more than twice as many as female patients,and 60-69 years old is peak age for gastric cancer incidence.In the known history of HP infection,as many as 60%of patients had infection,which was 1.5 times of the no infected person.By comparing the TNM staging of gastric cancer,the main disease location is also in the stomach,spleen and liver.Blood stasis,sputum,and heat mainly occur in stage I and IV Blood deficiency was obvious in patients with stage II,stage III,and stage IV.Hysteresis and wetness are more present in stage IV.Compared to the stage I-III,most of the patients in stage IV had the more and highest frequency of variable syndromes.By comparing the frequency of non-surgical and surgical patients,it was found that the frequency of sputum and blood stasis was higher in the non-surgical group than in the operated group,and other syndromes were improved in the surgical group.By comparing the frequency of non-chemotherapy treated with chemotherapy treated groups,the frequency of sputum and blood stasis was significantly higher in the non-chemotherapy group than in the chemotherapy group;however,the frequency of blood deficiency was significantly higher in the chemotherapy group than in the non-chemotherapy group.Other syndromes were improved in the chemotherapy group.
