| Objective:In this study,we selected the traditional prescription of Shiling Baizhu Powder as a control to observe the curative effect of Luo’s Modified"Er-Ren Decoction"in treating PMS Diarrhea in Spleen Deficiency combine Damphness Syndrom in Hong Kong.The indexes included diarrhea symptom score table,TCM syndrom score scale,menstrual symptom score scale and physical evaluation scale.And through statistical analysis of Luo’s Modified"Er-Ren Decoction"and minus side treatment efficacy and long-term follow-up effect of the advantages.Method:The cases recorded in this study were collected from Wu’s TCM clinic in Tsuen Wan District,Hong Kong.Case collection time span from March 2017 to February2018,which lasted one year.According to the purpose of the research,a total of 70cases of female patients with spleen deficiency and wet type menstruation were collected in this research project which meet the screening criteria and research purposes.Informed consent is granted to all eligible subjects participating in the trial.The research project finally collected and finally completed the number of cases in line with the study of 70 cases;all cases were included in the determination of random number table method,the included patients were randomly divided into experimental group 35 cases,control group 35 cases.When entering the patient’s case of first visit information.The therapeutic drugs used in this research project are all concentrated scientific Chinese medicine granule preparations provided by Guangzhou Kanghe Pharmaceutical(Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd.Each 1g concentrated scientific Chinese medicine granule is equivalent to 5g original medicinal herb pieces.The experimental group of treatment for the use of Lingnan Roche"Erhuan Tang"plus prescription,the use of Chinese medicine granules prescription:Gangti root 2.2g,Dihuang root 2.2g,Codonopsis 1g,Atractylodes 1g,Baked Licorice 1g,Sang parasitic 1g,Guang Chenpi 1g,Guang Huo Xiang 1g,cloth residue leaves 1g,pomegranate peel 1g.Drugs to be taken:7 days before menstruation to start treatment,1 day,blunt.Treatment to stop the third day of menstruation.Three menstruation for a course of treatment.The control group using the Chinese medicine Shenling Baizhu San for treatment,according to the"Taiping Huimin He agent side"of the original composition and concentration of Chinese medicine granule content conversion,the party using the traditional Chinese medicine granules as follows:Codonopsis 1.6g,Poria 1.6g,Atractylodes 1.6g,white beans 1.2g,licorice 1.6g,Campanulaceae 0.8g,lotus seed 0.8g,Amomum 0.8g,yam 1.6g,Yiyiren 0.8g.Drug sources,taking methods and treatment ibid.After the end of treatment,the patient’s diarrhea symptom score table,TCM syndrom score scale,menstrual symptom score scale and physical evaluation scale.were evaluated,and the diarrhea score as the base to calculate the effective rate,the end of treatment Three months later,the patients were followed up to assess the long-term efficacy of the diarrhea symptom score scale and physical fitness scale.Results:The research project finally included 70 cases of patients with diarrhea who passed the examination in line with the criteria of the case and the research purpose,35 cases in the test group and the control group.However,in the later stage of treatment,there were 2 cases of exfoliation in the test group and 1 case of exfoliation in the control group,a total of 3 cases.The final completion of the case,the experimental group of 33 cases,control group of 34 t=16.4162,P=0.0000<0.01;control group was t=13.1150,P=0.0000<0.01;two the differences of menstrual symptom scores between groups before and after treatment were compared by t-test.Compared with the control group,t=10.2797,P=0.0000<0.01.Physical constitutional scale,test group before and after treatment physical type distribution by R×C chi-square test,?~2=9.6000,P=0.008<0.01;control group before and after treatment of physical distribution by R×C chi-square test,2=2.9051,P=0.234>0.05.The overall effective comparison,the two groups of patients overall treatment efficiency by rank sum test,Z=3.213,P=0.0013<0.01.Long-term efficacy comparison:In the diarrhea symptom score,the diarrhea symptom scores of follow-up and post-treatment groups in test group and control group were compared by t test,t=-1.8662,P=0.0712>0.05;control group was t=-8.6085,P=0.0000<0.01.In constitution evaluation,the distribution of body constitution in the test group was analyzed by R×C chi-square test(?~2=1.0667,P=0.58>0.05).The physical distribution of the control group after the follow-up and treatment were analyzed by R×C chi square test,?~2=4.9062,P=0.086>0.05.Conclusion:For the treatment of Hong Kong residents Spleen rely on wet type diarrhea,choose Lingnan characteristics of authentic herbs into the party Luo’s Modified"Er-Ren Decoction"in diarrhea symptoms,TCM syndromes,menstrual symptoms and physical bias and other items are There is a clear therapeutic effect,and compared to the traditional prescriptions Shenling Baizhu Powder,the party in the treatment of diarrhea
