Objective: To establish the knowledge graph of syndrome differentiation of heart system,to realize the qualitative and quantitative research of related entities of syndrome differentiation of heart system,and to explore the application of knowledge graph of syndrome differentiation of heart system in the field of artificial intelligence.Methods: The relevant chapters of syndrome differentiation of heart system and more than 20000 medical records of Cardiology were analyzed:The relevant chapters of syndrome differentiation of heart system were sorted into group A database;The Department of Cardiology records of two tertiary-grade A class hospitals in different areas were compiled into B group and C group database.According to gender and age,the database of group B was divided into six groups: D1,D2,E1,E2,F1 and F2.Based on NLP and other tools of python,the mining model "TCMGO" was established,Combined with word cloud,knowledge graph,SPSS26.0 system and other tools,qualitative and quantitative research on syndrome,syndrome element,syndrome type and other entities of the above database was carried out;Based on Android platform and We Chat mini program,this paper discusses the application of KGSDHS in artificial intelligence.Results: 1.The knowledge graph of syndrome differentiation of heart system was established,Syndromes include: “Chest tightness”,"dizziness","fatigue","panic" and "palpitation" and other syndromes;Syndrome elements include: “heart”,“liver”,“kidney”,“Qi deficiency”,“phlegm” and “yin deficiency”;The syndrome types include: “Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome”,“Qi Yin deficiency syndrome” and “liver yang hyperactivity syndrome”;Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis includes: "chest arthralgia and heartache","vertigo","chest arthralgia" and so on;Western medicine diagnosis includes: "coronary heart disease","hypertension","heart failure" and other Western medicine diagnosis;A total of 21000 heart syndrome differentiation related entities were excavated,and a knowledge base of TCM go syndrome differentiation was constructed;2.The syndrome of deficiency of heart qi and blood stasis is the core syndrome type of syndrome differentiation of heart system,female patients were more than male patients,and the incidence was "60-80 years old";The core syndromes includes: "Chest distress","chest pain","dizziness","fatigue","shortness of breath","insomnia","palpitation","palpitation","dark red tongue" and "fine pulse",etc;Its core syndrome element is "blood stasis",followed by "heart" and "Qi Deficiency";Its main TCM diagnosis is "chest arthralgia and heartache disease";Its main western medicine diagnosis is "coronary heart disease";3.The results of application of three factors in syndrome differentiation of heart system:(1)There were differences in the distribution and weight of syndrome,syndrome element and syndrome type between group A and group B and C;(2)There were differences between group B and group C in the distribution and weight of syndrome,syndrome element,syndrome type,diagnosis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;(3)There were differences in the distribution and weight of syndromes,syndrome elements and syndrome types between D1 group and D2 group,E1 group and E2 group,F1 group and F2 group;4.Based on Android system and We Chat mini program,an intelligent syndrome differentiation robot is designed,which realizes intelligent question answering and intelligent syndrome differentiation in the field of heart diseases;Conclusion: 1.Based on NLP,TCMGO,a mining model of heart system syndrome elements,is helpful to realize the intelligent analysis of syndrome elements;2.The use of knowledge graph,word cloud,weight relationship and other tools is conducive to the qualitative and quantitative study of syndrome differentiation;3.There are differences in the distribution and weight of heart system syndrome differentiation related entities among different time,region and population;4.The establishment of syndrome differentiation knowledge graph of heart system is conducive to its application and development in the field of artificial intelligence.
