| ObjectiveDeepen the study of gastrointestinal theory and reveal the profound connotation of gastrointestinal Qi-transformation theory.To construct the life concept of Qi-transformation with stomach as the main body,and improve the theoretical system and medical model of viscera Qi-transformation.It can provide ideas for clinical application of the theory of gastrointestinal Qi-transformation,change the thinking of clinical treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,adapt to the psychological needs of people in the era of great health,and provide theoretical support for people’s gastrointestinal health in the country and even in the world.MethodUsing the methods of document sorting and theoretical research,the contents of “Gut and Stomach” and “Pingren Jue Gu” in “The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic”are used as documents to organize and excavate their contents,Combined with the classical masterpieces of ancient physicians such as “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,“Treatise on Spleen and Stomach”,“Guide to Clinical Medical Cases”,“Four Saints’ Heart Source”,and referring to modern “Treatise on Spleen”,“Theory and Experience of Spleen and Stomach Qi-transformation”,“Digestive Diseases”,“Theory and Practice of TCM Qi-transformation”.The key words of "stomach","small intestine","large intestine" and "Qi-transformation" were used to search the related journals and papers in CNKI,Wanfang Date and VIP databases,and the theory of gastrointestinal Qi-transformation was studied deeply and systematically.Result1.By combing the “Intestines and Stomach” and “Pingren Jue Gu” in “The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic”,it is found that the stomach,small intestine and large intestine are both independent and unified,and they form a coherent cavity structure in anatomical morphology,physiological functions cooperate with each other,and pathological aspects interact with each other.functions and interact with each other in pathology.2.The research on the yin-yang attribute of the stomach and intestines shows that: the stomach and intestines belong to the Yang Fu according to the yin-yang attribute of the viscera;the stomach and intestines belong to the Yang Fu according to the yin-yang attribute of the body;the stomach and intestines belong to the body Yang but use the Yin.3.Using image thinking to study the function of the whole intestine and stomach,it is found that: the intestine and stomach soil have the characteristics of metaplasia,growth,bearing and transformation;the intestine and stomach are like barns,with the connotation of the intragastric Qi-transformation: the intragastric Qi-transformation is the Qi-transformation that takes place in the stomach,which is embodied in the digestion and absorption of food water and grain as well as the excretion of dross.This process takes the stomach gas as the leading force,and the gas of the large intestine and the small intestine participate in it,which is the internal Qi-transformation process of the stomach with clear division of labor and cooperation.6.Put forward the connotation of the extraintestinal Qi-transformation: the extraintestinal Qi-transformation is the Qi-transformation that takes place outside the intestines and stomach.It is the transformation of the movement change of the gas of the intestines and stomach and the
