The Japanese invasion to Korea at the end of sixteenth Century is a great event in the history of international relations in East Asia region. But the academic circles of China?Japan and Korea often have very different opinions on the nature of the war and even the origin of the war for a long time. For the reasons of the emergence of these differences,Firstly,Toyotomi Hideyoshi showed a contradictory policy. On the one hand,He launched a war of aggression against Korea; On the other hand,he agreed the identity of the canonization system which leading by the Ming Dynasty.Secondly,King of Korea had contradictory in countermeausres with the Ming Dynasty.King of Korea escaped and request to be vassal state of Ming Dynasty, but he refused the interference from the Ming Dynasty in his affairs; The Ming Dynasty although proceed without hesitation to send aid to Korea, but blame was incured from the vassal state. These different views affected the understanding and evaluation of Toyotomi Hideyoshi's death?the stop the war after the three sides of a number of measures. This paper discusses the purpose of Toyotomi Hideyoshi invasions of Korea, analysis of its policies?measures of the Three Kingdoms, and show the diplomatic game among the East Asian countries at the end of the sixteenth Century. The first chapter studied and analysis of Missionary diary and document literature of East Asian countries in literature, confirmed the the fact of Toyotomi Hideyoshi that he let the Ming Dynasty knows his invasion plan through many channels, and its purpose is to hope that the Ming Dynasty made the lowest cost option in administrative and diplomatic between war and communication consumption.Although the invasion of Korea have a variety of purposes, but he started the war in condition of the Ming Dynasty strengthened the coast guard, his purpose is to win the foreign capital through the war,and then carry out peace negotiations between the Ming Dynasty. His core requirements are intermarriage with the Ming Dynasty and required Korea sent its prince to Japan. In this paper, through the analysis of the war diplomatic documents,I figured out that Toyotomi Hideyoshi still recognized the Ming Dynasty is the center of the canonization system,in other words,Toyotomi Hideyoshi is expected to join the canonization system and occupy the second position in the system. The second chapter examined negotiating peace between General of the Ming and Japan?the conquest of Japan after the war?discussion and negotiation?Korea change its attitude at the end of the war which sketched map of the postwar diplomatic trend.First of all, because of Hideyoshi Toyotomi suddenly passed away, the Japanese central hoped that the military can evacuation from the Korean peninsula safely. However, although the core conditions of Japan were still the requirements of Korean tribute and its Prince which Japanese military had not enough power to maintain central proposed indicator. On the other hand, generals of Ming had no unified opinion with each other. Therefore, the agreements between the Ming's generals had small control force for the others.Korea had negative attitude to the agreements between the Ming's generals.King of Korea worried about the military of Ming's residence would continue to influence Korea's internal affairs and diplomacy which had directly influence on Japan negotiation to talk about the future of the two countries diplomacy.while Japan had changed its policy when it heard that the Ming's military would withdraw.Because of the change of Japan's domestic situation,Tokugawa Ieyasu had joined the peace negotiation team who actively pushed toward recovery between Korea and Japan. Also,it was the best opportunity for Korea to get rid of the interference from the Ming dynasty. In other words, the recovery of normal relation between the Korea and Japan was not only get the influence by the domestic situation, but also affected by the variation of the East Asian international situation which gradually moved ahead in promoting the mutual game. The third chapter studied the changes of the East Asian strategy of the Ming Dynasty?Korea's diplomatic strategy to Tusshima and emissary to Japan in order to explore the East Asian political game.As expected the Ming's military withdrawal,Korea agreed to change the attitudes of negotiation to Japan. However, the Ming Dynasty's attitude to Japan had not changed, therefore, between Korea and Japan's negotiation basically was still subjected to constraints of the East Asian strategy of the Ming Dynasty. The suggestion of Korea with the aftermath from Wan Shide and Xin Jie clearly showed that the Ming Dynasty's strategy to Korea and Japan which the Ming believed that Korea feared the Japanese aggression, and it's the reason that the Ming rejected the request of Korea. In other words, the Ming Dynasty had given up the direct military?diplomatic interference or command to Korea. At the same time, the Ming Dynasty had planed to strengthen the defense system in Liaodong in order to prevent the Korean peninsula's situation changed again.Subjected to the military?diplomatic regulation occasion,Korea had planed to negotiate with the Tusshima. In the political game between the Easten Asian,Korea wanted to avoid suspicion and friction which due to the Japan.Wan Shide thought that Korea should decide to accept the Tusshima's requirement or stick with the Japanese diplomatic, but he still suggested that Korea and the Tusshima should make peace. After accepted Ming's recommendations,Korea had not really implemented the agreement with Tusshima.Because of Korea had always worried about the negotiation with Tusshima would make the relationship with the Ming Dynasty worsen which lead to dissatisfaction and suspicion. Therefore,Korea repeated requested the Ming Dynasty to send appointed officials to Korea inspite of its rejection.Soon,as Korea had confirmed that the struggle between the Tokugawa's and the Toyotomi's had influenced Japanese aggression to Korea, for the future political risk considerations,Korea hoped to transfer responsibility which delay the negotiations.Japan was in a disadvantageous position in the diplomatic game which Korea was dominant. As long as no agreement was signed between Japan and Korea,Korea can't completely get rid of the Ming Dynasty's military and diplomacy interference. Thus, although Korea have diplomatic advantage, but also it had to continue negotiations with Japan which was the result of interference from the Ming Dynasty to the Korean internal affairs. The innovation of this paper lies in the large number of Japanese historical analysis which adjustment the previous conclusion. However, too much historical data analysis may also make the language cannot terse.
