Study On Cultural Path Of Core Socialist Values Construction

There is a so extremely close relationship between culture and values that any research on core values could not be conducted without cultural background or support.The construction of core socialist values is essentially a cultural practice,and it must be put under the perspective of culture.Based on this,culture is considered as a basic foothold,an important strategy and a fundamental path of the study on core socialist values construction.In this paper,the cultural path of core socialist values construction is defined as:collection of the theory,method and practice way of core socialist values construction though cultural(narrow meaning)resources,media and means.The operation mechanism of the cultural path of core socialist values construction is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:cultural transmission is efficient in spreading of core socialist values;cultural identity is a solid foundation of core socialist values identity;and cultural environment is an important external force of observing core socialist values.It is difficult for China which is in an era when traditional and modern,native and foreign,various ideological cultures are mixed together,to construct core socialist values,and the most challenging missions are as follows:to optimize cultural mentality,to strengthen cultural identity and to prosperous cultural production.According to the logic premise above,this article selects to study the most basic,the most important,the most typical and the most influential cultural forms of contemporary China:the excellent Chinese traditional culture,the public cultural service system,culture industries and cyber culture.The first dimension of this research is the Chinese excellent traditional culture.The Chinese excellent traditional culture not only plays an important role of the origin and theoretical source of the core socialist values,but also provides foundation of identity of contemporary Chinese mainstream culture and its core values,grounding of building self-confidence of contemporary Chinese culture,and elemental nourishment of core socialist values construction.To cultivate people,there has been Confucian traditional philosophy of "to teach in ceremony" and"to teach in music" in China for thousands of years.We should learn more from the ancient wisdom and find its modern values for core socialist values construction.The second dimension is the public cultural service system.Different from culture industries with business nature,the public cultural service system of China,which is constructed on the base of Chinese traditional culture system to meet equal sharing of cultural services for the public,has a nature of public welfare.It plays an important role in core socialist values construction as a momentous support and a supportive path because of its basic characteristics of the popularity of the audience and the unique advantages of leading by government.Based on study of practical experience of the core socialist values construction via public culture service,this article suggest to open up a way for the popularization of mainstream culture of China,to stimulate the people's subjective role and to establish long-term mechanism of multiaspect cooperation.The third dimension in this paper is focused on culture industries.Different from the production and distribution mechanism of public cultural services for public welfare,culture industries take cultural content as production resource,profits as the driving force,industrial production management as the basic mechanism.The products of culture industries have the nature of both social public and commercial profits at the same time.Culture industries have made communication of culture and values closely connected with commercial markets and at the same time set up another social cultural supply system in addition to the supply of public cultural system.Compared with Western culture industries,which have successful practice to participate in the construction of the social mainstream values,the kernel of socialist core values in the development of Chinese culture industries is absent.Culture industries should be given greater social responsibility in the core socialist values construction.However,there are value differences between profit-seeking industries and socialist core values,which have become the inherent resistance of the cultural industry to carry the core socialist values.The key to solve this problem is to stimulate the conscious and internal motivation of culture industries as an important path of the core socialist values construction.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a strategy of culture industries development from the perspective of national cultural governance,after rediscovering the "business" nature of the culture industries of China.The last dimension is cyber culture.As a new form of modern cultural,cyber culture is a key field and forefront of the construction of the national ideology security and the mainstream values of the society because of its mass subjectivity and the virtual mapping and the profound influence to the real society.However,the particularity of the network technology and the complexity of the cyber culture have made this task challenging,and there a series of new problems and challenges for core socialist values construction in the era of cyber culture.In the digital age,cultural imperialism has taken advantage of the Internet technology to further strengthen its cultural power;the constant release and enlargement of multiple value demands in the cyberspace are impacting on the national mainstream culture and values;the overflow of Internet information has rapidly increased the risk of differentiation and fracture of social consciousness.In addition,the popularity of new media in the era of network has changed the way how traditional mass media to guide public opinion,and the special process of how the network public opinion to generate does encourage caused extreme expression of the non-mainstream views.That has explained why it is easy to form a noisy and disorder public opinion environment in the Internet.Therefore,we must focus on the integration and optimization of network public opinion environment,and strengthen the discourse mechanism of mainstream culture.The idea of constructing core socialist values via the cultural path comes from the traditional Chinese wisdom of "writing is for conveying truth".For contemporary China,the old wisdom should be given more contents and greater responsibilities for new area,and be penetrated into the macro structure of the national mainstream culture construction,and be regarded as the basic logic and important task of contemporary Chinese culture construction.
