Ethnic characteristics of village construction is the party and the government to actively explore new initiatives in China's minority areas of socialist new countryside,new pastoral area economic development and cultural protection.Since the beginning of 2009 the implementation,initially has revealed the demonstration effect,significantly improving the minority ethnic village infrastructure heritage,ethnic unity and progress to create improved,explored and summed up the number of ethnic villages construction experience.But due to many reasons,ethnic characteristics of village economic
