A Study Of "Image Language" From The Perspective Of Semiotics

Today,Images become the main medium of people's life and communication.In the field of education,how to visualize knowledge,"graphic world" and "graphic knowledge" are becoming an important direction in the field of educational technology research.As a visual culture researcher,it is more responsible to explore how to construct scientific image symbols to accurately express,communicate knowledge and ideas,thereby reducing "visual nonsense".Image research is a new field of interdisciplinary research.From the perspective of cultural communication,it is the rediscovery for images with the "meaning" related "visual events".Because in the "image" world,"how to see" affect the connotation of "see".Therefore,in the study of the image itself and the image problem,we should not only to recognize the image,but also to deconstruct the rules and laws of image language with the "zero interpretation" attitude,so as to construct the semiotics perspective "image linguistics".Therefore,as the information exchange tool,image language is the use of existing or not symbol image,creating,building up new image symbol system.Based on the theory of semiotics,this paper studies the rules and laws of "image language" from the concrete structure of Saussure's linguistics.The whole paper is divided into "image language system" and "external image language symbol system",and always focus on the "image symbols" signifier and the signified problems in construction and interpretation.The full text according to the logical relations are divided into the following four parts:The first part mainly elaborates the research perspective and the hypothesis of the research.First of all,the image is a language and the main media carrying information,and also is the main mode for people to communicate in the era of reading images,so the image study is to study the image language.Secondly,the image is a symbol and a sign full of multi-meaning level of the symbol,it can be explored from the perspective of semiotics.Thirdly,the image has a certain historical,acquired and systematic,and we can master its law and rules through training and learning.So we can study image system by learning image language system.Therefore,this part focuses on the symbol,the origin of semiotics and linguistics and Saussure's linguistic semiotics thought and research methods,laying a solid foundation for the follow-up study.The second part focuses on solving the construction of image language symbol system.Firstly,it is determined that the object of this study is "image",which clarifies the relationship between the language of the language,the symbol,the image symbol,the image activity and so on.Secondly,it focuses on the classification of image,analogical analysis of the hierarchical structure of "text language",and explores the hierarchical structure of "image language".Thirdly,according to the four-level theory of communication theory and image,the image is divided into four layers:"element layer,icon layer,text layer and landscape layer".Finally,the image language system is sumarized as "self-contained as a whole",and the image symbol system is divided into three-layer structure of the image,which is based on the two aspects of the image symbol.The fourth part mainly discusses the external image language symbol system,focusing on solving the "landscape layer" problem of the image.In the thesis,respectively from the perspectives of different participants to discuss:Firstly,from the perspective of the "image language",the paper discusses how "image" is symbolized.Analysis image symbolization ideas and rules rationally and promote the image symbol "signifier" to the rich,"referring to" profound meaning,mainly from four dimensions of"grasp the composition rules,pay attention to the story,make good use of visual rhetoric,rendering emotional resonance".Secondly,from the perspective of "image language",the paper discusses how to understand and interpret "symbolized image".First of all,from the level of the image features,image interpretation and specific content,process,phase,there is a detailed discussion on how to interpret and how to interpret images.In the second place,this paper discusses the difference and personality of the interpretation of image language symbols,from the aspects of concept understanding,context and
