With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, cultural economic activities such as cultural production, distribution, exchange and consumption begin to transcend national boundaries and form a global pattern of resource allocation such as cultural investment and trade.Compared with western developed countries,China's cultural industry started relatively late, but developed rapidly, showing a good development situation. However, different from common commodities, cultural products and services have strong spiritual value, symbolic value and social value, which can have an important impact on the cultural thinking, industry habits and values of the residents of a country or region. Therefore, all countries and regions in the world are competing to expand foreign cultural trade, trying to eliminate the phenomenon of cultural discount in foreign cultural trade, and constantly improving their own cultural industry competitiveness and cultural soft power. As a result, international cultural trade disputes with "cultural exception" as an important manifestation have been caused. It can be said that the global international trade competition in the future is not simply the trade competition of goods, but the all-around international trade competition including the trade of cultural products and services. Therefore, combined with the national "One Belt and One Road" initiative,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the relevant theories, policies, status quo and existing problems of China's foreign trade in cultural products, and to conduct empirical analysis from the three-dimensional perspective of space distance, cultural distance and institutional distance.Based on the research of cultural products trade at home and abroad was mainly from the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory, imperfect competition theory, product life cycle theory and strategic trade theory analyzes the theory of international trade in cultural products and the applicability of the trade in services. In order to provide a practical basis for the empirical analysis of China's cultural products trade under the "One Belt and One Road" initiative from the three-dimensional perspective of space, culture and institutional distance in the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters, the third chapter specially discusses the development status and reasons of China's cultural products trade with the countries along the "One Belt And One Road".On the whole, although China's foreign trade in cultural products is growing rapidly, its supply quality and trade level are not high. The proportion of cultural trade is low,and the trade deficit of cultural services is large. In terms of the trade structure of cultural products, the trade of cultural products between China and the countries along the "One Belt and One Road" presents three characteristics, that is,the total trade surplus and structural deficit of cultural products coexist at the same time, the regional export structure of cultural products is concentrated in southeast Asia, and the trade structure of import and export of cultural products needs to be further optimized. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the reasons why the development of cultural products trade between China and the countries along the "One Belt and One Road" is relatively backward from six aspects:the degree of attention, the cultural discount, the main body of cultural enterprises, the cultural trade policy, the cultural trade talents and the target market. In the fourth part, the empirical analysis between five and six,the fourth chapter is mainly on the basis of the calculation formula adopted by the sample data used to calculate the 3d distance index, think "area" sample countries and China in the differences of geographic distance minimum, only 1.01,and in the legal system, the enterprise operation and management system, economic system and China gap is most obvious,is as high as 1.6,1.57,1.48 and 1.51 respectively. In chapter five, the impact of three-dimensional distance on the trade of cultural products between China and One Belt And One Road countries is empirically tested based on the stochastic frontier gravity model. Finally,in order to study the stochastic frontier gravity model to estimate the robustness of the results,we also adopted the classical gravity model is a three-dimensional distance between China and countries along the "area" empirically test the influence of cultural products trade, results show that the system of geographical distance, cultural distance and the direction of the estimates of the distance variable and its significance test with stochastic frontier model of gravity estimation results perfectly, which confirmed the robustness, this paper empirically model specification is estimated result is reliable. This paper follow the normative analysis and empirical analysis of combining the research paradigm, first analysis and combing the basic theory of international cultural trade, think that the traditional international trade theory is not necessarily completely suitable for cultural trade, and based on the gravity model and the modified gravity model and other cultural products trade model to carry on the introduction and analysis, thus laying a solid theoretical basis for the back of the empirical analysis and normative analysis and empirical analysis. The main chapters cover five major sections.(1)Chapter two is the theoretical foundation of China's foreign trade in cultural products. In this part, firstly, the theoretical literature of trade in cultural products is sorted out,and on this basis, the applicability of traditional international trade theories to trade in cultural products is preliminarily discussed. Finally, the current model of trade in cultural products is introduced, thus providing a theoretical basis for the empirical research in chapter three, four and five.(2)In the third chapter for the analysis of the status quo of China's foreign cultural products trade development, mainly through the descriptive statistics analysis method to investigate the development of China's foreign cultural products trade present situation, characteristics, and its main problems, especially the implementation of the strategy of"area",China's foreign cultural products trade development characteristics and trends were objectively analyzed.(3)Chapter four is the calculation of three-dimensional distance between China and countries along the "One Belt and One Road".From the aspects of calculation method selection, index selection and data source, the geographical distance, cultural distance and institutional distance of China and the countries along "One Belt and One Road" are respectively measured, and the three-dimensional distance index is calculated according to the calculation formula and the sample data adopted.(4)The fifth chapter for the 3 d distance of China and the countries along the"area" analysis of the influence of cultural products trade, mainly of geographic distance, cultural distance and the institutional distance:from the three dimensional distance of China and the countries along the "area" cultural products trade influence theoretical prediction and explanation, based on stochastic frontier model of gravity is 3 d distance of culture between China and countries along the "area" products trade influence has carried on the empirical test.(5)Chapter six is the circle analysis of China's cultural product trade with countries along the "One Belt And One Road" from the perspective of three-dimensional distance. In this chapter,66 countries along the "One Belt And One Road" route are divided into three ring structures according to the size of institutional distance, and the effect of bilateral cultural product trade ring is estimated by using the stochastic frontier trade gravity model. In the end,the conclusion and prospect part summarizes the whole paper and points out the future research direction.
