One country will thrive if the culture thrives,and one nation will be strong if the culture is strong.A highly developed modern power is bound to be a country of coordinated development of material wealth and spiritual wealth.China is faced with an unprecedented historical opportunity brought by the unprecedented changes in the world in a century to the Chinese civilization.We must actively deal with the realistic challenges that cultural development will face in the increasing complex big public opinion field;must strive to solve the contradiction between the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people in the new historical orientation and the unbalanced inadequate cultural development;and more importantly,it is necessary to contribute the thoughts and wisdom of Chinese culture to human society to break through the predicament of the global governance from the interest of world peace and development.Therefore,“the journey to attend a great civil examination” is far from over.The Communist Party of China(CPC)central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a series of new concepts,new ideas and new measures to promote the prosperity and development of socialist culture closely focusing on the major theoretical and practical issues such as how to firm the cultural self-confidence of the Chinese nation,how to promote the cohesion of China in the ear of unprecedented fierce world cultural strategy game,how to break the bottleneck of the development of cultural industry and how to improve the important theoretical and practical problems on the cognitive lack and misunderstanding of the contemporary Chinese culture in western countries,thus forming the culture power view of Xi Jinping.In order to integrally and systematically
