Facing the rapid development of cultural and creative industries,countries around the world have developed capital operations around cultural product development,hoping to stand out in a new round of competition for "creative economy".Following the development of The Times,China has introduced relevant policies and regulations to develop cultural and creative industries.Animation,as an important part of cultural and creative industry,is attracting more and more attention.In the face of the rapid development of digital technology in the new century,the exploration of the innovation value based on the cultural content is still an important task facing us.In the glorious period,Chinese animation has gained a reputation for its related works,and is proud of the Chinese people.The pioneers' persistent exploration and brilliant achievements in animation art have left a deep impression on the Chinese traditional national art in the field of world animation.Inheritance and innovation of Chinese animation art,traditional way of writing are in urgent need of change,learning and innovation is the only way.The paper selected "Twentieth Century 60-80 years",is the world information technology innovation and the political culture development important period,also is promotes the Chinese and Japanese animation development to form the different styles the key period.The history of the development of China animation "glorious period" and "silence,rejuvenation period" is an important stage in the period of thirty years,in 1961 the "Havoc in Heaven" release prelude,China animation reached two peak of creation,creation of a large number of unique Chinese national characteristics and rich traditional culture of animation works.Through unremitting efforts,he has stepped out of his own "national style road",forming a world-renowned Chinese "School of Animation".Similarly,Japanese animation in the 1960 s and 1980 s,respectively,went through the period of full revival of Japanese animation in the 1960s;In the 1970 s,Japanese animation was in the Renaissance period,and the glorious period of Japanese animation in the 1980 s was the most important thirty years of its development,after honed during this period,Japanese animation creators have formed and established a style of animation art,works into the lives of everyone and every family in Japan,at the same time penetrated into many regions of the world,become a veritable strong nation of animation.Taking the 1960 s to 1980 s as the research clue,taking history as the basis,starting from the perspective of comparative art,and taking the excellent classical animation works of China and Japan as the proof,this paper discusses the most representative creative ideas,creative themes,modelling styles,narrative structures and audio-visual language in the artistic styles of Chinese and Japanese animation.From the history of the vertical comb,on this basis,the historical stage of horizontal comparison,comprehensive use of historical theory,comprehensive induction,empirical research and case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,to find out their own laws of development,reveal the cultural,political,economic and other reasons for the formation of animation artistic creation style.In the 1960 s and 1980 s,as an important link in the history of Chinese and Japanese animation,it is of great historic significance to sort out the historical track and development of its animation artistic creation style.It is of far-reaching significance for the construction of animation theoretical framework and the perfection of animation history to examine,compare and evaluate it from the macroscopic perspective of animation history.Paper the main research results has five parts: Firstly,this paper analyzes and compares the concepts and themes of animation art creation in China and Japan,through the analysis of the China Japanese animation of qualitative and quantitative,concludes their development paths,characteristics and differences;Secondly,research and analysis on modelling styles in China Japanese animation,by comparing the design of China animation art freehand characteristics and realistic characteristics of Japanese animation,summed up their own in animation art and design thinking tendency;research and analyze the narrative structure in Chinese and Japanese animation,through the analysis and comparison of narrative characteristics of the organization Chinese animation "four stage",the narrative structure of Japanese animation,summed up the different characteristics of the Chinese and Japanese animation narrative structure and in the form of organization;Then,the research and analysis of audiovisual language in Chinese and Japanese animation in the 60-80 years of the twentieth Century,Respectively,the Chinese animation "Weaken the film" and Japanese animation of "film" to start the discussion and analysis,based on case studies,summed up the two in the audio-visual arts of language processing differences;Thirdly,reflections on the comparison of creative styles of Chinese and Japanese animation art,from the cultural,political,economic,education and other factors,thinking and analysis;Finally,based on the previous discussion,this paper puts forward the conclusion and prospect,and summarizes the reasons for the backward development of domestic animation through the analysis of various factors that influence the development of Chinese and Japanese animation.From the macro level,the development direction of Chinese animation is prospected,so as to find new ways for the creation and development of Chinese animation art.The development of Chinese animation art creation,should be in the study and the model of "learning the strengths of others,to make up for their deficiencies",digging the theme from the perspective of diversification,seeking breakthroughs in humanism,scientificity and innovation of works,realizing the transformation of excellent traditional concepts and values in the context of modern culture,so as to enhance the worldwide influence of Chinese animation art creation.
