Research On The Security Governance Of Contemporary Chinese Internet Ideology

The 21st century is characterized by network information technology,digital interaction and survival.It can be asserted that the rapid growth and spread of network information technology not only greatly broadens and changes the space and survival mode of people's interaction,but also brings unprecedented impact on the generation,solidification and change of people's values.The secrecy,anonymity,immediacy,interaction and large capacity of the Internet determines the arbitrariness of the discourse expression of multi-behavior subjects and the diversity of behavior choice.In the vast expanse of the Internet,the difference of status in real space and geographical boundary are completely obscured and dispelled.Especially with the rapid change of social software,the channels of expression of multi-behavior subjects have become more broader and more smooth.And multi-behavior subjects whose origins are not known are free to express their value appeal to a considerable extent.In "Internet+" era,the issue of the security governance of network ideology not only begins to emerge,but also becomes a key variable in the maintenance of national security and the defense of the discourse power of mainstream ideology.Meanwhile,with the deep coupling of network information technology and society,the security governance of network ideology will become a very important and more difficult era topic.On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the practice effect of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China,the requirements of the era and the existing problems as well as challenges,this dissertation will explore the feasible channels and countermeasures to effectively promote the security governance of network ideology in China,which is the research significance of this dissertation.Adhering to Marxist position,viewpoint and method,and closely centering on the security governance of network ideology,this dissertation will use the theory and research methods in Marxist theory,politics,political psychology,political science and communication science,etc.to systematically explores the following five issues in the modernization of national governance from the macro perspective:(1)to construct the frame of the dissertation by explaining the connotation of the core concepts such as ideology,network ideology and network ideology security;(2)to outline the internal mechanism of the formation of network ideology by the analysis of the main body and basic field of network ideology;(3)to analyze the necessity of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China by sorting out and discussing the historical evolution,practice effect and requirements of the era;(4)to further clarify the dimensions of the concerned issues by deeply examining existing problems,challenges and causes in the practice of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China;and(5)to fully explore of the channels and countermeasures to promote the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China from a normative perspective.The research shows that in today's society,with the rapid development of network information technology,the security governance of network ideology is a comprehensive system project.It is impossible to effectively deal with all kinds of mutually entangled potential challenges and even to create a upright and positive cyberspace to safeguard national security and defend the discourse power of mainstream ideology only by relying on moral self-discipline or traditional top-down and linear governance model.Essentially,the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China must follow the essence of Marxist ideological theory and adhere to the concept of modern governance and the spirit of rule of law to construct a dynamic and modern pluralistic governance mode.In the macro view of the modernization of national governance,the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China must stick to the following principles:(1)to adhere to the basic principle of the Party's leadership and grasp the value orientation;(2)to cultivate the subject consciousness of citizen's participation in governance and innovate the way of cultivating the subject consciousness of citizen;(3)to fully absorb and learn from the results of all outstanding civilization,and consolidate the culture basis of the security of network ideology;(4)to construct the network of technology and institution of the security governance of network ideology,strengthen top-level design,and enhance the ability of innovation and development of network information technology;and(5)to construct the multi-governance mode of the security governance of network ideology.In practice,to promote the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China requires us to further innovate China governance discourse system,to further improve China governance logic,and continue to promote the inheritance,innovation and transcendence of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China.The main innovation points of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly,the research perspective has a certain comprehensiveness.This dissertation does not confine its perspective to a single subject,but uses many methods of political science,sociology,journalism and communication and public management science,etc.to explore the ways of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China from diverse dimensions based on the theoretical framework of Marxist ideology.Secondly,the research theme is prospective.The security governance of network ideology in contemporary China is a new research topic that has emerged in recent years.It is not a long time for this topic to enter the vision of the academic research,and now it has not found any doctoral dissertation on this topic.The prospectiveness of the research topic means that there is a space for further development and research in the field of theory and practice.Thirdly,the research content is systematic.This dissertation systematically makes research into practice effects,potential challenges,existing problems,causes and route construction,etc.of the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China.In other words,this dissertation regards the security governance of network ideology in contemporary China as an integral research object,and overcomes the drawbacks of the existing literature research whose research theme is confined in a single or several aspect(s).
