the rejuvenation of the nation.Since the reform and opening,our country social class differentiation,the increasing complication of interest relations,the diversification of interests,the gap between rich and poor is widening,interests conflicts and social risks,how to correctly handle the class citizens of different interests relations,and to the satisfaction of the people from all walks of life have won,became the party in the new historical conditions,good major subject must be solved is our party to meet challenge.One of the essential and logical starting points of the party’s and the country’s anti-poverty strategy is the major decision of this endeavor.Its purpose is to adhere to the "people centered",and properly handle all kinds of interest relations,breaking the "curing" interest barriers,promote benefit sharing and benefit balance,solve the good life is people’s increasing need and uneven inadequate development of the social principal contradiction between,prompting the existing rural poverty population under the poverty line of 2020,China’s implementation of poverty,poor counties all removable cap,solve the regional overall poverty,let all of the poor areas and poor together into a well-off society in an all-round way,strengthen the hearts and minds of the Chinese communist party basis and moral ruling.Interest coordination must adhere to the "at the center
