Research On The Common Value From The Perspective Of Human Destiny Community

The in-depth development of globalization has organically united all countries and nations in the world as a whole.The real “global village” has gone from a concept to reality,and countries around the world are interconnected,interdependent,and share a common destiny.The human society has entered a new stage which brings both new opportunities and inevitable problems.To properly manage the relationship between development and the international community,any mature nation and state needs to stand in the vision of a community of shared future for mankind and follow the consensus of the world on values,so that it can pay close attention to the common development of the international community while promoting its own development.Facing the puzzle of “What's wrong with the world,and what should we do?”,China adheres to the purposes and principles of The Charter of the United Nations,advocates the Common Value of all mankind,and builds a community of human destiny which provides a Chinese solution to human puzzles thrown out in response to the objective reality of the development of the times.Therefore,the Common Value is not forged and imagined by China,but it is based on the social objective reality of human destiny and co-existence.From the perspective of the community of human destiny,the Common Value has rich ideological resources as well as objective sources of formation;it has both the generation orientation of truth,goodness and beauty,and objective laws of formation;it is essentially different from the theory of universal value advocated by the West.From the perspective of the community of human destiny,the Common Value is not only a practical way but also an ideal goal.It is an indispensable spiritual banner to guide and promote the development of human society.To realize the Common Value which includes peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy and freedom,and to promote the development of the cause of human progress are the needs of the development of the times,the development of all countries,and the common ideal and universal expectation of all peoples in the world.The realization of the Common Value from the perspective of the community of human destiny is not smooth sailing,because it faces severe challenges of peace deficit,development deficit and global governance deficit.Human beings have always made progress in overcoming a series of hardships.After fully understanding and analyzing the basic problems and major obstacles to realize the Common Value,China has gradually promoted the realization of the Common Value through providing international public goods such as the “One Belt One Road”,Shanghai cooperation organization and international import fair.By combining the basic theoretical research with the practical analysis research,this paper firmly grasps the main axis of the combination of theory and practice of the Common Value from the perspective of a community of shared future for mankind.From theoretical dimension,this paper answers,in turn,questions about the Common Value from the perspective of the community of shared future for mankind,such as its concept,content,characteristics and nature,and its distinction and connection compared with other related concepts,the theoretical basics and references resources,and the source and direction of generation and so on.In the meanwhile,this paper answers questions from practical dimension.For example,from the perspective of the community of shared future for mankind,what is the realistic predicament of Common Value? what should we do and how does China do to make it true?
