imperative to reform the electoral system of the mayor of local counties.In recent years,along with the rapid development of Internet information and the deepening of administrative system reform,County and city administrative affairs have basically been fully opened and citizens' rights awareness has been enhanced.Economic construction has continuously broken through the new heights,and democracy and autonomy at the grass-roots level have been vigorously developed.The villager committee has implemented direct elections,and township leaders have carried out direct election pilot reform.The policy of promoting direct election within the party has been fruitful.The historical conditions for the reform of the election system of county mayors are ripe.Starting from the actual situation of China,the election mode of "two rounds and two votes for record" is established.We should further improve the electoral law,set up an independent electoral commission,and rationally divide constituencies into voter registration.Strengthen the competitive awareness of the election mode,more democratic and wide nominated candidates.China should develop a democratic election system suited to its national conditions.The reform of the electoral system should be gradual and pragmatic.It should not be too hasty and cannot be stopped.As long as we are bold in
