Chinese society has its inherent native nature. As a multi-ethnic country, each national society has its own individual characteristics. The rural society in the ethnic minority areas has diverse and complex national cultural characteristics and local social order.“Jamaat”,a national folk life organization form, has played an important role in the historical development of the Hui nationality in the northwest rural society. In this study, through the field investigation of a village in the northwest rural society where the Han people live together, the folk authority figures in the Hui Jamaat field are the main research objects.Under the macro background of the historical changes of local society, the microscopic insight into the Jamaat How the behavioral practices and action strategies of various authoritative figures influence the operation order of the Jamaat and the development of the village. This paper depicts the characteristics of the process of integration and reconstruction of the Jamaat since the establishment of the Hui village in Wu village, especially in the process of “village transfer” in recent years, and explores the authoritative structure, local order and integration behind this transition track. The author mainly uses the ethnological field investigation method to carry out the ethnographic writing on the change of authority and order of Wu village Jamaat, mainly from the following aspects.First, sketch the space and time of Wu Village and its Jamaat.Understand the basic history and geography, living pattern and livelihood methods of Wu village and its Jamaat;sort out the evolution of village power and culture in Wu village;briefly introduce the history and current situation of the Jamaat.Secondly, through the oral history interviews of the Jamaat and villagers, sum up and sort out the traditional authority structure and the Jamaat order in the first stage(1929-1959).Third,continue to use the oral history interviews and field research to describe the restoration and reconstruction of the Jamaat in the second phase(1980-2010)and its transformational characteristics in development.Around the authority figures in the Jamaat, the Jamaat has undergone changes in education, the order of the Jamaat has changed, and the traditional authority of the Jamaat has changed.Fourth,in the third phase(2010-2015),the arrival of urbanization and “village transfer” brought great opportunities and challenges to both villages and Jamaat. The people of Jamaat had the phenomenon of “dividing” and “away from the square”,while the authority of Jamaat had a power game during the demolition and reconstruction of the mosque, and the “Jamaat Management Committee” was reorganized.Fifth,in the fourth stage of the development of the Jamaat(2015-2018),mainly through participation in observations and interviews,it describes the process of the villagers from the short-term "aggregation" to the "discrete" of the people after the “upstairs”.Under the background of rapid social changes, people's “individualization tendency” is gradually strengthening, and the authority of the Jamaat community is gradually weakened.Under the influence of “National presence”,people are more involved in the social life of the community, and community identity awareness and national identity rituals are gradually increasing. The author believes that through the summarization and discussion of the practice and order change of the folk authority in the historical development of the Jamaat, the development of local society and community in social change is first supported by the state power and the system, while the folk power is in the native land. The development of order also plays a role that cannot be ignored. With the transformation of traditional rural society into modern society, the traditional folk authority has shown a gradual decline trend. The role of civil authority in the development of local society is gradually weakening. The stable existence of local social order is increasingly dependent on formal institutional authority. This formal official force is reflected in the “state presence” or “state invisibility”.The micro-interpretation of the Huizu Jamaat in the multi-ethnic village community, examining the behavioral practice and basic appearance of the folk authority in the process of historical change, helps us to understand the relationship network, power structure and operational order of the Hui nationality society in a comprehensive and in-depth way. Therefore,it provides a realistic material for the rural revitalization and social harmony, stable and orderly development in ethnic areas, which has certain academic value and practical significance.
