and economic activities.It plays a role as an identity or a symbol of power.The habit of using seal still exists in our country today.Some important documents like government documents,contracts and other important documents generally using official seal or personal seal to confirm this happened.Therefore,the widely use of seal conduct illegal and criminal activities,which also promote the emergence and development of stamp and seal identification activities.At present,stamp and seal identification is one of the common appraisal items in the practice of judicial appraisal of questioned documents and one of the main contents of judicial appraisal of questioned documents.Stamp and seal identification currently has a certain theoretical and practical foundation,the main research contents for stamp and seal identity identification,forged stamp identification,sequence of red and black identification and dating of stamp impressions,etc.With the progress of modern methods and techniques of seal making,the requirments of modern stamp and seal forensic practice,and the development of modern detection and analysis instrument,the contents of the above seal and seal identification have been explored by some scholars.In judicial practice,there are also a large number of cases of stamp and seal identification,which provides practical experience for the study of stamp and seal identification,continuously promoting the development of forensic examination techniques for modern stamp and seal identification,and continuously enriching the research contents of stamp and seal identification.The development of stamp and seal identification activities mainly relies on the comparison and analysis of the experimental materials and sample materials.In the final analysis,it takes to observe and test the features of the experimental materials and the features of the sample materials.Objectively speaking,the current research in the field of stamp and seal full text,including the introduction,is divided into five chapters.The specific content is as follows:In the introduction part,the author first elaborates the research background and research significance of the law of the stage characteristics of stamps and seals.Secondly,the paper reviews and analyzes the existing literature in the related fields of stamp and seal identification at home and abroad,and clarifies the current pressures and challenges faced by the stamp and seal identification practice.To clarify the current status of stamp and seal identification in China,and in particular,to fill up the current status and research space of stamp and seal identification,and to specify the direction for the study of the stage characteristics of stamp and seal.After combing the literature and the deficiencies discovered by the institute,it has targeted and filled the gaps in China's current stamp and seal identification field.Finally,the introductory part systematically
