Knowledge is the core competitiveness in our society.Personal knowledge management of college students is an effective way to build their own core competitiveness and improve themselves.The ability of individual knowledge management of college students is the ability of the individual to identify,acquire,store,learn,use and innovate.Through the implementation of personal knowledge management,college students can improve the ability to use information resources in effective ways,establish and perfect the personal knowledge management system,enhance the quality of personal information,and improve the knowledge innovation and application ability.The ability of autonomous and cooperative learning also are the core capability in the digital life.Modern cognitive theory suggests that the process of information is the process of information acquisition,input,storage,extraction and application.The process of Personal Knowledge Management is similar with the process of information,such as individual knowledge acquisition,storage,sharing,application.The study constructed the model of personal knowledge management ability of College students according to the modern cognitive theory.The ability of personal knowledge management of university students is composed of a variety of psychological factors,five aspects including the ability of knowledge storage ability,knowledge storage ability,knowledge sharing ability,knowledge application and knowledge innovation ability.On the basis of the theory hypothesis ability of College Students' personal knowledge management,the ability of personal knowledge management of university students by using questionnaires,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,to determine the specific project main dimensions and each dimension of the questionnaire.The results of statistical analysis show that the questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability,construct validity and criterion validity.1148 college students were tested by"College Students' Personal Knowledge Management Ability Questionnaire",Results:(1)Different level of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing ability scores has significant differences on the gender dependency.In the personal knowledge management ability scores and two dimensions of knowledge storage ability and knowledge application ability and knowledge innovation ability,boys scored higher than girls;in the knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing ability scores of girls are higher than boys.(2)The average score of College Students' from the city is higher than that of rural students in personal knowledge management ability and its various dimensions,and Different level of knowledge application ability and knowledge innovation ability in urban and rural areas is significant.(3)Knowledge application knowledge sharing ability and knowledge acquisition ability have a significant grade difference in the ability of personal knowledge management of university students,but the differences in knowledge storage ability and knowledge innovation ability is not significant.(4)The scores of excellent students on the ability of knowledge application and knowledge innovation ability were higher than other dimensions;The scores of good students on knowledge acquisition ability were the highest;The scores of average students on knowledge storage ability were the lowest;The scores of poor students on knowledge storage ability and knowledge application and knowledge innovation ability is weak.(5)The scores of good students with different information technology application ability on knowledge acquisition ability were were higher than those of other dimensions.Middle and low level students with different information technology application ability scored the lowest in knowledge storage.This study on college students' personal knowledge management ability is based on the three aspects derived from Social Cognitive Theory.environment,persons,and behavior.Aimed at a proper analysis of personal knowledge management ability in terms of these three aspects persons,environment,and behavior.The social cognitive theory explains the relationship between the individual and the environment by the interaction of the three factors:personal factors,behavioral factors and environmental factors.The behavior is caused by the interaction between individual and environment,through the interaction of these three factors,will make a person's behavior is influenced by the situation,individual behavior will also affect the surrounding environment and their emotional and trait.The study is found that college students' cognitive style,interpersonal trust,self-efficacy,personality traits and the application of information technology are the internal factors that affect their personal knowledge management ability through theoretical analysis.1148 college students were tested by College Students' Personal Knowledge Management Ability Questionnaire,technology application ability Questionnaire and Self-efficacy Scale.The results show that there is a significant correlation between information technology application ability;students' self-efficacy,personal knowledge management ability,and self-efficacy have a mediating effect on the relationship between the application of information technology and the ability of personal knowledge management of college students.The evaluation mechanism,class structure,school technology infrastructures,school organizational culture are the significant factors in the personal knowledge management ability of college students.The results showed that the organizational climate of schools has a significant positive correlation with personal knowledge ability of college students,regression of school organizational climate on personal knowledge management capabilities analysis found that three dimensions of school organizational climate regression ability of the personal knowledge management of university students reached significant level,teaching atmosphere,harmonious interpersonal atmosphere and learning atmosphere can predict individual knowledge management of University students significantly.With the information technology application ability,independent ability of personal knowledge management of university students as the dependent variables for all included in the method of multiple regression analysis,the results show that the self-efficacy has a mediating effect significantly in school organizational atmosphere between information technology application ability and students' personal knowledge management ability,the application ability of information technology can have a direct impact on the ability of individuals knowledge management of university students,also has an indirect effect between self efficacy and school organizational climate on the ability of personal knowledge management of University students.The study carries out the training of College Students' on personal knowledge management ability by the method of experimental research.Before the experiment,the subjects were tested before the intervention of the experimental group.The intervention training mainly uses the information technology application instruction,the topic lecture,the classroom instruction,the reform appraisal method,the class atmosphere mold,the consultation conversation,enhances the self potency feeling and so on the way.After three months,all the subjects were tested again,the test results were compared before and after the experiment,the application of information technology,self efficacy,and a positive school organizational climate has a positive effect on improvement of the ability of the University students' personal knowledge management.According to the results of the research,this paper provides the measures to improve the ability of personal knowledge management of college students from three aspects of individual,organization and society.From the perspective of internal factors,the author puts forward two suggestions:first,strengthen the cognition and form the cluster of knowledge management ability of college students with personal characteristics.second,learn from the practice consciously to carry out the habit of personal knowledge management.Put forward three proposals from the external environmental factors:the guidance of teachers,enhance the learning efficacy;strengthen lots of investment,knowledge management of college students create large data center;integrate the curriculum,improve students' information literacy.
