China's capital market has gone through more than thirty years since the reform and opening up,the multi-level capital market system has formed gradually.The capital market in China has been one of the most important capital markets in the world.It has also promoted and changed the development model of numerous industries,including the education industry which is highly related with the prosperity of Chinese economy and the people's livelihood.Although China's financial expenditure in education has been increasing since the reform and opening up and great achievements on education have been made,the current national education investment still can't fully meet the requirements in China.Insufficient funds have become an important restriction factor in many educational fields.In view of this,the government has recognized the importance and necessity of widening the channels for raising funds for education.In that context,the combination of capital market and educational industry is very important.This paper put the research perspective on the relationship between the capital market and the education industry in China,and makes a thorough discussion and research on this topic.In terms of the structure of the paper,firstly,this article reviewed the previous research achievements in this field through literature review,defines the related concepts and theories involved in this paper,it has lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,it analyses the necessity and feasibility of the capital market participation in the education production,it also analyses the present situation,the characteristics,the risks and the investment value of the capital market,etc.;Thirdly,this paper explores the relationship between the reform of the education policy and capital market in China and puts forward some targeted suggestions for the formulation of relevant policies.Finally,this paper analyzes the international experience of education capital market in the United States,and summarizes its reference significance to the development of China's education capital market.This paper comprehensively adopts a variety of research methods,not only theoretical research,but also through empirical research and case studies to do a further verification and explanation,to enhance the credibility of the conclusions.From the conclusion of this paper,the capital market and the development of China's education industry are complementary and mutually reinforced.The capitalmarket participating in the educational industry in China is feasible and necessary in both theoretical and practical significance.It will not only help to promote the development of Chinese educational industry,but also enrich the multi-level capital market in China.China's education capital market is the combination of the capital market and China's education industry,summed up from the development of China's education capital market,the development of China's education capital market has distinct characteristics compared to other industries.In particular,the relationship between China's education industry and capital market is closely related to national policy and has strong policy sensitivity.At the same time,it is also pointed out that,compared to other developed countries and regions,the marriage of China's education industry and capital market is later than that of developed countries and is still immature,although it has progress and perfect space in the future.Based on the previous research results,this study adopts a variety of research methods and is innovative in an interdisciplinary perspective.It not only enriches the theoretically research results in this field,but also has a guiding significance for the practical work.
