Technical progress is an important driving force for both social development and changes of the times.The network technology progress has a significant impact on a wide range of fields of economic society in a penetrating way;it also promotes social organization and social change.At the same time,people’s daily life and developments in the modern society have been highly influenced by this technology.The network community is formed and developed under this technological and social background,and realized from the demand of people’s “association” in cyberspace.It is also a microcosm of “network society” at the micro level.Young college students known as “the Network Generation” are at the critical stage of socialization.They are willing and clustered in cyberspace.The development of the social media has provided the platform carrier and technical support for the satisfaction of this kind of demand,as well as the diversified development of the network community type and the iteration of the form.We should not neglect the negative side.Because of the low threshold,high freedom,diversity and heterogeneity of the members of the community,and the “decentration” of information dissemination,the network community can easily become the confluence of mass information,multiple values and the complicated internet opinions.The “closed loop” effect will cause a “gap” between the ideological and political education and college students,which also lead to the absence of the ideological and political education in the network community field,and influence the effective intervention of educational elements and the leading role of thought.Therefore,exploring the ideas and measures of effective promotion and effectiveness improvement of College Students’ Ideological and political education is of great practical significance.This paper mainly discusses the background and reasons from both theoretical and practical aspects of network community formation.Based on the theory of human relations and social relations from Marx,this paper demonstrates the inevitability and necessity of the network community development from the perspective of people was the existence nature of “the combination of all social relationships”.This important theory also has the profound impact on human’s survival and development,and the social relationship construction.Based on the view of communitarianism and its related argument,this paper discusses the social network community’s formation and development which originated from the traditional community from the perspective of the relationships between the individual and group,and its meaning and value to individual and group.Based on the Maslow’s needs hierarchy theory and people’s needs from Marx theory,we try to understand the people’s profound influence of the inner driving role from the dimension of meeting the people’s survival and development needs.Based on the network society theory and development of social pattern evolution from Manuel Castells,this paper investigates the social “networking” development and the social structure changes of diversified interest groups,and their impacts on the internet community.Based on the background of the new round of information technology revolution represented by the internet,this paper demonstrates that the development of web technology and the changes of social media form directly promote the formation and development of the online community.This paper analyzes questionnaire survey results of network community survival status from more than 1700 college students of 10 public universities in Shanghai,and deeply analyzes college students’ dependence on the Internet community and their using preferences,and the needs of building an online community.Specifically,questionnaire contents include the respondents’ attention and use of online communities,the significant information acquisition and social communication requirements in the selection and use of online communities,and the high attention and expectations for the online community built by the school and so on.Based on the empirical analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey,this paper make the further illustration about the “life is fully on the line” for college students,network community survival methods and behavioral representation of “thoughts connect in real time”,and make the deeply illustration about that online community is fully integrated into the college students’ daily life,and gradually become an important field for the ideas sharing among college students,its development trends and real impact.This paper demonstrates the impact of the formation and development of the network community on the ideological and behavioral effects of college students from the positive and negative aspects.In the network community,college students are provided with massive information “accessibility” and promote the expansion of their cognitive boundaries,providing college students with more extensive networking opportunities and forms to achieve a widening of the scope of interaction,let college students’ realization of subjectivity in the construction of “individual-centered” communication relationship and information communication.This paper illustrates that the formation and development of the online community has positively promoted the undergraduates’ thoughts and behaviors.For example,the “precise delivery” of specific information under the trend of the network community’s differentiation towards more vertical segments,which may lead to the “morning room” effect and cognitive narrowing of information,and “diversification” of multiple information in the online community to college students.The realistic test of ideas and value judgments,the shallowness of communication and utilitarian phenomena all derived from the networking of network communities,and the new subjective dependence of “group loneliness”.In addition,this paper starts from the dimensions of the absence of the field,the subtlety of the subject,and the discourse of discourse,and focuses on the practical impact of the online community’s rise on the ideological and political education of college students in various aspects.At the end,the paper tries to put forward the goal of improving the ideological and political education embedding force,dissemination power,and support power.Meanwhile,we focuses on the development trend of quasi-network media and the characteristics of students’ use of the Internet,the strategy of exploring effective integration with the “closed loop” which was assimilated to college students’ online communities,the construction of a “matrix” synergistic linkage mechanism of network community positions,and the initiative of “setting agendas” to guide the direction of public opinion,optimization of the “content production” supply side to improve effective supply,enhancing the relevance of “discourse conversion” to enhance dissemination effectiveness,exploring ways to construct a classification and guidance mechanism for college students’ online communities,and establish and improve the strategies for collaborative management of college students’ online communities Initiatives.All of above is proceeded from the aspects of advancing the construction of network communities,optimizing the construction of network community content,and strengthening the institutional construction of online communities.
