People's survival and development are inseparable from the group.For college students who grow up with the network,each person belongs to multiple real groups and network virtual groups.Groups are dynamic organisms with psychological significance.Group members are inevitably influenced by groups and other members of the group.So the various groups that college students belong to can be the object of ideological and political education,or they can also be important carrier.Through the use of group dynamics,educators realize group self-education,which promotes the transformation of students' thoughts and behaviors and promotes the realization of educational goals.In the specific implementation field of ideological and political education,the groups show different characteristics,the group dynamics show different characteristics,and the group power utilization strategies also vary in different field.First,in the classroom of ideological and political theory teaching,the student group is composed of individuals with rich knowledge and information resources,and its group dynamics can stimulate learning motivation,promote cognitive development and generate group wisdom,while the introduction of mutual help collaborative learning maximizes the development and use of the motivation of the student community in the classroom.Second,in daily ideological and political education,the common group dynamics have cohesiveness,driving force and dissipative power.Cohesion is the attraction of groups to individuals.As long as the direction of group development is consistent with the goal of ideological and political education,the higher the cohesiveness of the group,the better the effect of ideological and political education;The driving force is the promotion of the group to the individual.Under the effect of the group pressure,the individual can promote the internalization and externalization of the ideological and political education content;Dissipative power is the group's rejection of individuals,it will disperse the group,educators need to control over the dissipative power.Third,in the mass incidents of colleges and universities,group dynamics will promote group cognition convergence,promote group emotional resonance and lead to group behavior polarization.Understand these characteristics,educators can more easily complete psychological counseling and other work for different stages of the group.In addition to traditional ideological and political education,the network ideological and political education of colleges and universities is facing complex and diversified network groups,bringing new challenges and opportunities to ideological and political teaching,group incident response and daily management of students.The interaction of online teaching forms a new group dynamic,which helps to achieve deep interaction in the actual classroom;The educators can reduce the spread of online public opinion by guiding the cognition of network groups.The active role of network group dynamics can realize the flexible response of group events.With the support of network communication technology and social platform,the network community emerges endlessly and has an important impact on the students' thoughts.By constructing learning network community,educators can effectively enhance the voice of daily ideological and political education and protect the healthy development of college students' thinking.
