| Mass sports are an important part of sports undertakings,and the scale and level of development of mass sports is the basic symbol of the scale and level of development of sports undertakings.With the reform and emphasis on sports in Vietnam,mass sports have attracted more and more attention from the Vietnamese people.Many Vietnamese choose to go out of their homes and go deep into mass sports to exercise and have fun.However,Vietnam's mass sports resources are relatively poor and backward,which greatly limits people's participation in sports activities and widens the distance between sports and the masses.(1)The survey results of the status quo of mass sports in Haiphong city show that residents' participation in and attention to mass sports is increasing year by year,but there are still many deficiencies;On the basis of sports facilities,especially in urban areas,there are funds for sports,and the per capita sports land does not reach 1 square meter;Funds for sports come from sources other than the state budget and no effective measures have been taken.Resources of the whole people and social organizations should be mobilized to promote the development of mass sports and meet the requirements of society and cities.(2)This paper refers to domestic and foreign literature,interviews experts engaged in research work over the years,and analyzes the factors affecting Haiphong people's sports according to the actual evaluation results.Through the trust evaluation of Cronbach's Alpha,the use of EFA and the factor analysis method of CFA,the influencing factors of Haiphong city's mass sports development were analyzed.Factors influencing the development of mass sports service in Haiphong City include management system,social and economic human resources,scientific research and publicity.(3)Through SWOT analysis of Haiphong citizens' sports problems,we can see from external factors and internal factors that the change of external environment will affect Haiphong citizens' sports.The key to mass sports competition lies in SWOT points,analysis of its results and strategic implications,induction of mass sports activities,focus on the internal factors of mass sports activities,and then use external forces to evaluate these factors.Some advantages of coastal defense citizen sports: 1.Popularization education in this area is well done,and the people have a strong sense of movement;2.Sports consumption consciousness gradually matures;3.Active government investment;4.Sports venues and equipment can be used free of charge.(4)based on the theoretical analysis of the choice basis and current situation of mass sports activities in Haiphong city,this paper puts forward eight groups of solutions for the development of mass sports activities in Haiphong city,including: 1.Solve the problems related to mass sports management system,financial policy,land and infrastructure investment,etc.;2.Develop human resources;3.Build a fitness path in Haiphong;4.Strengthen sports and health clinics in Haiphong;5.Carry out mass sports events;6.To accelerate the development of teachers' clubs;7.Establish a sports town;8.Strengthen the governance effectiveness of governments at all levels;Improve department organization,cadre policy;9.Promote socialization,strengthen information and publicity;10.Utilize the application of scientific progress and protect the environment;11.Effectively integrate culture,family,sports and tourism activities;12.Promote international cooperation.The paper also puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)It is necessary to make a correct assessment of the actual situation and choose a solution suitable for each object,so that it can be widely used in other cities.(2)On the basis of the results of this paper,it is necessary to conduct a broader study and evaluation of the relevant units,choose better solutions,so as to improve the quality of mass sports in Haiphong city and serve the political task of Vietnamese sports.(3)Put forward Suggestions to leaders at all levels of Haiphong city to actively expand the mass sports network,because internal conditions and external factors can quickly form an effective long-term strategy. |
