Research On The Security Of Network Ideology In Chinese Universities In The New Era

Ideological work is extremely important work,and ideological security is an important part of national security.Against the background that the Internet has become the biggest variable in the governance of our party,it is of great strategic,overall and fundamental significance to ensure the security of cyber ideology.At present,the network ideology security of colleges and universities is an important part of the national security system.Under the background of the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the country,the reform is unprecedented in strength,depth and difficulty.In the meantime,the interests and values of different groups tend to be diversified,and various new trends of thoughts keep emerging.The new era has brought new problems to the ideological work: how to adhere to the guiding ideology of socialist ideology in China,but also how to take into account the social and economic development of diverse integration as a whole,and how to realize the status of subject remains unchanged,and the object and subject are unified each other? How to not only firm the ideal belief and the material demand balanced development,but also master the basic needs of the harmonious and stable spiritual world of the college groups,and realize the mutual coordination between them? How to deepen college students' understanding of Chinese socialist ideology through the Internet,and how to enhance their emotional identification of China's mainstream ideology,so as to achieve the overall improvement of rational judgment and perceptual thinking? How can we stabilize the standards for college groups to understand China's national ideology,but also accept and adapt to the college groups in the multi-ideological background,so as to achieve the effective connection between China's leading advanced culture and the reality of the masses through the network platform? These problems boil down to: how to place the college network ideological security in our social organism,to grasp the ideological relationship ideology security and network security,and through the network,explore the network of national mainstream ideology in university ideological security defense performance forms and play a role?Centering on this problem,guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper applies structural functional analysis,position of game analysis,the analysis of the social organism,etc.,to lay the university network security ideology into the historical process of China's economic and social development,to grasp the essence of network ideological security regulations,general situation and the law of development,explore the core of university network ideological field,constituent elements and generating mechanism and the way of implementation,and aimed at the existing problems and the rheological history,put forward the corresponding work target and strategy in practice,in order to provide references to strengthen and improve the ideological work under the new situation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper has five chapters:Chapter one is the basic theory of network ideology security in our country.This paper mainly summarizes the connotation and orientation of network ideological security,clarifies the value orientation of the complete construction of network ideological security in colleges and universities,and analyzes the system composition and operation mechanism of network ideological security in colleges and universities.Firstly,the essential connotation of ideological security is analyzed,and then the basic meaning of network ideological security is examined.The relevant categories and basic positioning of network ideological security are further clarified.Secondly,the paper expounds the value orientation of network ideological security construction in colleges and universities from the two dimensions of subject and significance.Thirdly,it reveals that the network ideological security of colleges and universities includes four systems,namely,social operation system,value belief system,education guidance system and environmental acceptance system.The core layer composed of internal factors,the cross-domain constituted by ideological field and the three-layer structure formed by extension to the social development scope are also revealed.Finally,the paper analyzes the operation process of university network ideological security for preliminary formation,value faith.Political legitimacy acquisition,education resource occupation and social foundation of building,accept and practice,subject identity.Value belief system updated with the new implementation process,and studied the mechanism of antibody development and conduction mechanism of identification,transmission mechanism into full play.Chapter two is concerned with the realistic situation of ideological security in college network.This paper mainly analyzes the history,experience and operation of ideological security in colleges and universities,and expounds the opportunities,challenges and subjects of ideological security in colleges and universities under the background of Internet.Firstly,the paper analyzes the history,experience and operation of ideological security work in colleges and universities from three aspects: content,method and path.On this basis,the paper analyzes the opportunities brought by the network development to the ideological security construction of colleges and universities,that is to expand the content space,broaden the practice path,enrich the carrier position.Thirdly,it discusses the ideological security of colleges and universities in the context of the Internet,which is faced with challenges such as weak resistance to external infiltration,poor control of network information,unsuitable traditional working methods and weak technical ability to cope with them.Finally,the paper puts forward the basic topics of ideological security in colleges and universities under the background of Internet,that is,the debate between monism and pluralism in the field of network ideology,the division between tradition and modernity in the choice of social values,and the reform and reconstruction of order edges in the collision of civilization.Chapter three is related to the influence of network data on ideological security of colleges and universities.This paper focuses on straightening out the relationship and mechanism between network data and national ideological security,analyzes the influence and effect of network data on ideological security,and analyzes,designs and improves relevant problems.Firstly,it analyzes the connotation of network data in the context of national ideological security,that is,the new characteristics of "bit" data and the innovation of traditional information analysis means in the era of big data,the existence and communication mode evolution of the form of free connection from end to end,the space condensed by data and the generation of virtual society.Secondly,it discusses the mechanism of network data on national ideological security,that is,network data as a production tool brings about the transformation of national ideological security,and network data as a carrier of ideas also has a direct impact on national ideological security.Besides,this paper analyzes the challenges brought by the grassroots nature of network,the immediacy of network communication,the advanced network technology and the boundless network data to the national ideological security.Finally,an analysis framework of ideological security in colleges and universities in the context of network data is proposed.Chapter four deals with the practical strategy of ideological security construction in college network.This paper mainly analyzes the basic principles,target selection and key strategies of network ideological security construction in colleges and universities.Firstly,it clarifies the basic principles of network ideological security construction in colleges and universities as follows: follow the law of national ideological construction,create the linkage pattern of "spatio-temporal-subject",seize the right to speak online with the position construction,and correctly handle the relationship between inheritance of tradition and development and innovation.Secondly,from the three dimensions of fundamental goal,concrete goal and development goal,this paper discusses the goal selection of network ideological security construction in colleges and universities in the new era.Finally,the paper focuses on the key strategies for the construction of network ideological security in colleges and universities,namely,exploring the road of the construction of network security in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics,giving play to the leading role of socialist core values,strengthening the ideological security education of network culture,and improving the ability of network ideological security supervision.
