Young college students are the hope of our country and nation.The historical experience shows that the value education problem for the younger generation cannot be neglected at any time and in any environment.Only through the strengthening of core socialist value belief of the youth,especially young college students,the great mission of achievement of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will have reliable backup forces.Cultivation and practice of the core socialist values are the essential requirements for the basic strategy of adhering to the core socialist value system,and also the value recognition of cultivating a new generation of young people,who are capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.The education of core socialist values being carried out among college students of the new era is the key link in the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education in colleges and universities.And it is also the inner needs and realistic appeals for cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.In such a new era that calls for core values and needs core values,strengthening the research of the education of core socialist values among college students has important theoretical and practical meanings.In the epochal trend of globalization,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is placed in a broader,open and complex background,and a series of problems and challenges are confronted in the value education for young college students.Since the 18 th National Congress,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the value education problem for young students,especially the new ideas and new judgments of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the cultivation and practice of core socialist values,clarify and enrich the epochal connotation and target orientation of the education of value among college students.In this dissertation,the author focuses on the construction and practice of educational model and gradually develops it with a logical order of “problem-raising”,“problem-analyzing” and“problem-solving” under the theme of “education of core socialist values among college students of the new area”.In Part One,the problem is raised in order to solve “What's the problem”.This part is about the theoretical interpretation of education of core socialist values amongcollege students.Firstly,the several concepts related to the topic are defined,and the research boundaries and research objects are made clear.Secondly,the analysis of the theoretical origin,the cultural gene,the value reference,etc.of scientific construction of core socialist values is presented.Finally,the metatheory problem of whether core socialist values can be educated is examined and demonstrated from two dimensions of philosophy and education.Based on the Marxist ideology theory and the essential prescription of education,the rationality and legitimacy for studying the construction of education model of core socialist values have been proved.In Part Two,the problem is analyzed in order to solve “Why is it”.This part includes two chapters.In Chapter One,in combination of the new orientations,new conditions and new requirements,the epochal situation,epochal value and epochal connotation of the education of core socialist values among college students of the new era are analyzed,and the new ideas and new discussions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the education of core socialist values among college students are reviewed and summarized in order to establish a scientific target system for the construction of effective education models.In Chapter Two,through the empirical research method,the basic practices of carrying out education of core socialist values in colleges and universities nationwide since the 18 th National Congress are arranged and summarized.The basic situation and realistic dilemma of education of core values among college students of the new era are analyzed,and the main causes of the dilemma are reflected,thus to provide the practical experience and realistic basis for construction of the model and countermeasure system of the education of core socialist values among college students of the new era.In Part Three,the discussion is made to solve the above problems.This part is the main body of the dissertation.The construction of an effective education model is taken as the entry point for breaking through the current education of core socialist values among college students,and the research orientation of the integration of theory and practice is reflected.According to the basic criteria for construction of“educational model”,the theoretical model and implementation is constructed from two dimensions of theory and practice.In the theoretical dimension,the construction of educational model of core values among college students of the new era is placed in the vision field of “view of knowledge and practice” in dialectical materialism for examination and reflection.The theoretical connotation of the concept of“integration of knowledge and practice” is made clear,the view of knowledge andpractice in dialectical materialism and the Marxist practice theory are derived from the same origin,which is the subsequent transformation of the traditional Chinese philosophy,and also enlightens the innovative development of the integration of knowledge and practice in the new era.It is intrinsically compatible with the epochal connotation of the education of core socialist values,and can effectively resolve the practical dilemma of the current education of core values among college students.At the same time,in combination of the rules of ideological and political education in colleges and the characteristics and characteristics of formation and development of moral quality of college students,the process,method and content of education model“integration of knowledge and practice” are explained.In the practice dimension,the focus is made on the research of practical rules of value education among college students of the new era,to explore and optimize the effective of the implementation of educational model of “integration of knowledge and practice” in the aspects of education teams,classroom teaching,practical experience,campus culture,network position,etc.Based on the existing research results,this dissertation highlights the problem orientation and the reality orientation under the research orientation of uniting theory with practice,which is of certain innovativeness.The first is the problem orientation.This dissertation demonstrates the “Metatheory” of “whether socialist core values can be educated” from a theoretical level,and establishes the rationality and legitimacy of the study.It also clarifies the current situation,values and connotation of the education of values among college students,and responds to the goals of the new era according to the social reality.The second is the reality orientation.This dissertation pays attention to analyzing the experience of education of core socialist values among universities since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,reflects on the basic situation and practical dilemma of education,and provides the realistic basis for construction of the model of the education of core socialist values among college students of the new era.The third is the research orientation of uniting theory with practice.Under the guidance of the view of knowledge and practice in dialectical materialism,the dissertation makes the overall design and organizes the structure for the elements,basic steps,and interrelationships of every educational process according to a certain logical structure.It also constructs the model and ways of implementation of the education of core socialist values among college students ofthe new era with the concept of “integration of knowledge and practice” from the two dimensions of theory and practice.
