| With the deepening of the pace of reform and opening up,China’s material economic foundation has been greatly developed.After the construction of a well-off society and a harmonious society have been put on the agenda,the issue of people’s happiness has gradually been concerned by the party and the state.In fact,letting the people be happy is the consistent goal and eternal cause of the party and the country.From the beginning of the report of the 15 th National Congress of the Communist Party to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party’s work report has increasingly referred to “happiness”.The ideological and political education of colleges and universities must revolve around the cause of the party and serve the needs of the country.When we focus our attention on the ultimate goal of happiness,we find that the outlook of happiness for college students is crucial.This study explores the cultivation and education of college students’ outlook on happiness.The first chapter and the second chapter have prepared the theory for this purpose.The first chapter discusses the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and the setting of the analysis mode,and prepares for the research.The second chapter sorts out the relevant theoretical resources of the concept of happiness.On this basis,it constructs the theory of outlook on happiness and it’s cultivation and education.It makes theoretical preparation for the research.The third chapter is to study the basic situation of the education of college students’ outlook on happiness in China after full theoretical preparation.Divided into three aspects,the ‘age background’ is the primary inspection link.The education of college students’ happiness must first establish educational goals.In addition to the traditional meaning and the goal of universal significance,there should be a new era goal in the new era,that is,the outlook on happiness should be integrated with the Chinese dream,the core value system,the healthy wealth concept,and the market culture.To achieve such a goal,there are many opportunities in China,and of course there are challenges from the external environment and internal environment of the educational object.‘Historical investigation’ looking at history,the education of happiness in planned economy period was mainly politically oriented;the education of happiness in period of transition economy was mainly oriented to the economy;the education of happiness in period of market economy presents diversity.‘Reality’ returns to the contemporary,Through some empirical investigations,this paper finds that the degree of happiness of college students is closely related to their outlook on happiness.contemporary Chinese college students’ outlook on happiness is generally good,but there are also many problems.For example,the overall happiness is not very strong;in the understanding and cognition of the series of problems of happiness,many college students have deviations;in the pursuit of happiness path,mode,frustration response,some college students have an irrational attitude.In addition,according to a series of empirical studies,it is found that in the field of happiness cognition,the field of happiness pursuit,and the field of happiness enjoyment,the education China has taken is not perfect.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter,from a more detailed perspective.A comprehensive five-element analysis was carried out from five aspects.First of all,from the government level,the government should play a leading role in the education of college students’ happiness;secondly,from the social level,society should have a positive influence on the education of college students’ happiness;again,from the level of colleges and universities,colleges and universities It is the direct bearer of the education of college students’ happiness,and shoulders the heavy responsibility of education.Fourthly,from the family level,the family should promote the internalization of the scientific happiness concept of college students.Fifth,from the individual level of college students,the individual is the internal factor.Must have the ability and awareness to introspect.There is a big gap between these five aspects and the actual situation.Through empirical investigation,the reasons for the gap are explored.The fifth chapter will focus on foreign countries on the basis of domestic analysis,in order to analyze the practice,experience and reference of foreign education in cultivation and education of college students’ outlook on happiness.I chose the United States,the United Kingdom,and France to conduct research and examine the basic measures of the three countries in the education of happiness.The main characteristics of the study are analyzed,and the experience that China can reflect and learn from the perspective of five yuan is analyzed.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure chapter.Based on the above-mentioned goal research,historical investigation,and current situation analysis of the education of happiness,combined with the results of the five-dimensional analysis,and drawing on the experience and lessons of the education of Western college students’ happiness,a series of countermeasures are proposed.These countermeasures form a holistic system that includes a macroscopic top-level design and a microscopically specific design.Specifically,first of all,the design at the government level.The government should clearly define the goals of the concept of happiness;adhere to the mainstream voice of the concept of happiness;build a corrective mechanism for the formation of happiness;and promote the practice of happiness.Second,from the social level.The society develops the foundation of happiness from the social system level;creates the atmosphere of happiness from the social and cultural level;purifies the environment cultivated from the perspective of social network;provides support for the formation of happiness from the social market level Correcting the misunderstanding of the concept of happiness from the perspective of wealth differentiation;guiding the concept of happiness from the perspective of multiple carriers.Third,from the level of colleges and universities.When colleges and universities go out of the misunderstanding,set up the target system,refine the target groups,rely on the psychological science,carry out inter-disciplinary integration,improve the reality of docking,optimize the discipline setting,and develop experiential and value-selective teaching.Fourth,from the family level.Parent education should be vigorously promoted to create a harmonious family atmosphere and to strengthen the happiness continuity and traumatic blockage of the original family.Fifth,from the personal level.Individuals should enhance the self-consciousness of establishing a scientific outlook on happiness;improve their ability to obtain happiness;consciously resist the impact of unhealthy happiness;and raise the spiritual realm and the level of need.The seventh chapter mainly aims at the interaction between the five elements,forming a combination of dynamic and static,and better completing the education of college students’ happiness.The eighth
