| The formation of the ubiquitous knowledge environment and the transformation of the scientific research paradigm have set higher requirement for the knowledge and skills of researchers.Researchers now are trying to find knowledge from massive data in order to promote knowledge innovation instead of simply using the research tools and research theories as the main breakthrough point of knowledge discovery.Besides,this pattern of knowledge innovation emphasizes the uncertainty,interdisciplinary,professional,and fragmentational characteristics of knowledge requirement which have prompted researchers to put forward higher request for knowledge services,the knowledge collaboration service,as a kind of advanced and open innovation service pattern,also arises at the historic moment.Compared with traditional knowledge service,knowledge collaboration serviceis a kind of dynamic and synergic knowledge service innovation pattern,which means that the entire service is no longer simply relying on the user’s service request,but making full use of the enthusiasm and initiative of the service provider(s)to let them act as collaborator and completely participate in user problems or demands,offering full tracking and systematic service for the emerging,analysis and solution of the user needs.And it emphasizes the knowledge creating and skill improvement between service provider(s)and user.This service pattern,by making use of the knowledgeand skill complementary advantages of both sides,weakens the traditional service roles and boundaries of service participants,thus highlighting the important role of collaborative knowledge innovation.From the perspective of embeddedness,this study makes a systematic analysis and research on the elements,connotation,process and effectiveness of knowledge Collaboration service for researcher.This study is divided into seven chapters,and the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part.In this chapter,it mainly discusses related background and significance of knowledge collaboration service orienting the researcher from the perspective of embeddedness,as well as development of embedded services,practices of oriented embedded services oriented to researcher and knowledge collaboration service,and it also sheds light on the research content,research methods,research objectives and innovation points.The second chapter is about related theoretical basis.According to the review of the related theoretical foundation and related researches of embedded ties,knowledge collaboration service and service efficiency,this chapter summaries corresponding theoretical basis,including embeddedness theories,knowledge synergy theories,knowledge learning theories and knowledge service performance.The third chapter analyzes the interaction relationship of embedded ties,knowledge collaboration service and its efficiency.It summarizes the development course of knowledge collaboration service,which mainly consists of initialization,intermediate and upgrading,and then clarifies the relationship among knowledge service,knowledge collaboration and knowledge collaboration service from multiple category dimensions so as to define the connotation scope of knowledge collaboration service.On this basis,it reveals the process and mechanism of knowledge collaboration service through analyzing its elements,features and life cycle that generally include knowledge exchange with knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer and knowledge creating.Meanwhile,it proposes the research model of knowledge collaboration service oriented to researcher from the perspective of embedded according to the relationship between embedded ties and knowledge collaboration service,as well as the relationship between knowledge collaboration service and its efficiency.In chapter four,this chapter conducts an empirical research on the theoretical model of knowledge collaboration service oriented to researcher from the perspective of embeddedness.According to the theoretical model of knowledge collaboration service between service provider(s)and researcher from the embedded perspective and relevant research hypothesis,it then sets several operational measurement questions including relationship embeddedness,user context embeddedness,service context embeddedness,cognition embeddedness,knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer breadth,knowledge transfer depth,knowledge creating,demand meeting,and skill improvement variables and further gets the data of corresponding target object by means of questionnaire design and data collection.Basing on the data,this chapter gains the results of impact mechanism and degree of embedded ties,knowledge transfer and its efficiency using hypothesis testing and parameter estimating.Chapter five aims to reveal the long-term evolution trend of knowledge collaboration service between service provide(s)and researcher from the perspective of embeddedness by using system dynamics simulation method.It constructs system causal model and system flow model of knowledge collaboration service from the embedded perspective based on the core elements and feedback processes of knowledge collaboration service combined with impact factor variables in empirical research.With the utilization of Vensim software,it realizes the simulation of whole system,comparing the simulative results with the practical situation of knowledge collaboration service and making a validity test to system flow model.And on this basis,the chapter detailedly analyzes comprehensive mechanism and long-term evolution trend towards of knowledge collaboration service and its efficiency through system simulation from the perspective of three-dimension embedded ties,which are relationship embeddedness,context embeddedness,and cognition embeddedness.Besides,this study puts forward some solutions and suggestions in chapter six.According to the results of qualitative empirical research and quantitative simulation research,it proposes targeted measures in response to promotion of knowledge collaboration service for researcher from the perspective of embeddedness that make a thorough analysis in terms of relationship embeddedness,context embeddedness,and cognition embeddedness.Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer and knowledge creating,service fusion relating to the different knowledge activities can promote the knowledge collaboration service and service efficiency.Finally,the seventh chapter draws out research conclusions and sets basis for future research.Meanwhile,it states the research values from the aspects of both theory and practice,and points out some shortages and potential developments of the study directions by making a review and summarizing the whole dissertation. |
