Since the reform and opening up of China’s economy,the economic growth has made great achievements in the world.But for a long time,the extensive mode of growth,which unilaterally emphasized the total economic output and ignored the impact of production activities on the environment,has caused serious environmental pollution,making the existing development mode difficult to continue.It is imminent to accelerate the green transformation of China’s economic growth mode and realize the sustainable development of the economy.The research content of this paper is about how to comprehensively improve the eco efficiency in China,which is a significant theoretical and practical issue to promote the green transformation of China’s economy and further promote the sustainable development of China’s economy.Starting from this major research problem,this paper will make a thorough and detailed study on the following aspects.To begin with,under the paradigm of standard economics,how to derive the dual decision mechanism of market efficiency and productive technology from the perspective of vendor level and consumer behavior analysis,and establish a theoretical model of the formation mechanism of ecological efficiency.Next,we hope to make a systematic review and summary of the ecological efficiency measurement method which has been developed in recent years.From the two main lines,this paper analyzes and summarizes the various methods of calculating the ecological efficiency.The first line is the parameter estimation method and the nonparametric estimation method.For the parameter method of production efficiency measurement,this paper mainly studies the stochastic boundary method proposed in recent years to measure the calculation of ecological efficiency.For non parametric methods,this paper studies the environmental pressure variable as a nonconsensual input model in the process of production.In addition,the environmental pressure variable is used as the desirable outputs model in the production process.The second main lines of the calculation of ecological efficiency are the static and dynamic methods of ecological efficiency measurement.This paper also analyzes and expounds the dynamic decomposition method of ecological efficiency proposed on the basis of Malmquist-DEA model in recent years.Finally,in the empirical analysis,this paper tries to reveal the regional gap,dynamic evolution,spatial correlation and convergence state of ecological efficiency in China.By means of modern statistical analysis tools,nonparametric kernel density method,global spatial correlation test method and static and dynamic panel spatial econometric models,the dynamic evolution and spatial impact mechanism of eco efficiency in China are analyzed and discussed.In this paper,we first try to identify the influencing factors of ecological efficiency by using panel space Tobit model.The conclusion is helpful for understanding the decision process of regional eco efficiency in China.Under the design of the above research content,some valuable research conclusions are obtained.Fisrt,in this paper,the ecological efficiency values of 30 inter provincial regions in 2006-2016 years are calculated by using the distance function of the common frontier direction and the Bootstrap-DEA correction method.Overall,China’s eco efficiency level is still low in recent years.The efficiency of many provinces is below 0.50,and the efficiency of some provinces is even below 0.20.From the three regional ecological efficiency mean,mean overall ecological efficiency of the eastern region(0.58)is much higher than the central region(0.37)and West(0.35),also higher than the national average level(0.44),and the central region and the western region’s overall ecological efficiency mean level difference,but lower than the level of.national average.Second,the difference of the eco efficiency of the provincial level in China(2006,2010,2013,2016)is tested.The results show that there is no significant difference in the eco efficiency between the central and western regions in 2006 and 2010.In 2013 and 2016,there were significant differences in ecological efficiency in the central and western regions.The ecological efficiency of the central and eastern regions in 2006,2010,2013 and 2016 had significant differences.The ecological efficiency of the western and eastern regions in 2006,2010,2013 and 2016 had significant differences.From the estimated results of nuclear efficiency of 2006,2010,2013 and 2016,we can see that the "multimodal" state in 2006 shows that the difference of regional ecological efficiency converges to multiple equilibrium points,and the difference of provincial eco efficiency presents a trend of multipolar differentiation.In 2006-2014 years,under different spatial weights,the Moran s I index,C index and G index of regional eco efficiency all passed the significant test under 5% levels,and all of them were positive.This shows that the ecological efficiency of China has a significant autocorrelation in the study of the spatial distribution of the year.Third,in the convergence analysis on the ecological efficiency Chinese area,this study found that: the ecological efficiency of the whole sample areas of the country there is no absolute significant convergence trend;regional samples,the ecological efficiency of the eastern region there is significant convergence trend,the ecological efficiency of the central and western regions are not absolute significant convergence trend from the country;sample,eco efficiency was not existence significant convergence trend;sub region,the ecological efficiency of the eastern region existence significant convergence trend,the ecological efficiency of the central and western regions there is no significant conditional convergence trend.The dynamic test results show that the ecological efficiency of China is convergent and the rate of convergence is 0.023.The results from the East,middle and western regions show that the ecological efficiency of the region is also convergent.Fourth,Using the spatial panel Tobit model,we found that the impact of environmental regulation on ecological efficiency is positive,but not significant.The industrial structure has a significant negative impact on the ecological efficiency.The impact of financial development on ecological efficiency is positive,but not significant.The impact of trade openness on ecological efficiency is negative and significant.The impact of foreign direct investment on ecological efficiency is negative and significant.On the whole,the hypothesis of "pollution paradise" hypothesis is set up as a whole.The internal expenditure of R&D has a significant increase in ecological efficiency,but the total time equivalent of R&D personnel has no significant impact on the ecological efficiency.Square of eco efficiency effects of per capita GDP and per capita real GDP is negative,and significant environmental effects in the whole is not set up environmental Kuznets Chinese.The impact of human capital on ecological efficiency is not significant.The impact of urbanization rate on ecological efficiency is negative and significant.
