| After the industrialization of mankind,the excessive discharge of harmful substances to the natural environment exceeds the limit that the ecological environment can bear,and has caused a series of environmental disasters.In 1990s,the world's seven regional environment has shown a deteriorating trend,so that people feel the pressure and crisis of survival.Enterprise is the main carrier of economic development,green growth is emphasized in the transformation of economic growth,economic growth mainly depends on the transformation of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,the core carrier is the growth of green enterprises,green growth enterprise has become a key issue we achieve green growth.Therefore,this paper starts with the study of green growth of enterprises,and focuses on the influencing factors,formation mechanism and evaluation problems of green growth of enterprises.To provide policy recommendations and decision support for the government to promote green growth of enterprises.Specific research contents are as follows:First,this paper reviews the related research about enterprise green growth,analyzes the research progress at home and abroad,and from the 4 aspects of environmental ethics,ecological economics,sustainable development,external effect reviews the theoretical basis for enterprise green growth.Secondly,the interactive relationship between green growth and enterprise growth is analyzed.The coupling coordination model is used to analyze the horizontal state of green growth and enterprise growth.VAR impulse response function is used to analyze the dynamic interaction between green growth and enterprise growth,and to judge the interaction process between the two.The results show that green growth has a dynamic interaction with firm growth.Green growth stage,enterprise growth is slow,or even negative,with the continuous advance of green growth,enterprise growth speed gradually accelerated,and until the green growth equilibrium,and promote green growth is further strengthened,the two form of interaction state.Then,the identification of the factors affecting the growth of green,based on index reduction based on rough sets theory of enterprise green growth factors,by the interval grey number and DEMATEL method are analyzed from the center,reason degree,influence degree and influence factors of other aspects of enterprise green growth.The results show completely according to the central judging factors of enterprise green growth model is not accurate enough,based on the center should be combined with the influencing factors of the green growth model of comprehensive analysis of the enterprise,to overcome the traditional just by a factor to determine the degree of influence coefficient of a certain factor to the study of the problem.The reason for the positive degree is the factor that directly affects the green growth of enterprises,and the negative factor is the factor that influences the green growth of enterprises through the direct influence of the factors.Thirdly,it reveals the formation mechanism of green growth of enterprises.The evolutionary game model of enterprise and government is constructed based on evolutionary game theory,and the stability and stability strategy of model evolution are analyzed.This strategy in the enterprise from the perspective of government behavior from the perspective of choice behavior,and enterprise behavior under the government policy choice behavior,analysis of government and enterprise behavior in green growth under the background of selection,which reveals the formation mechanism of enterprise green growth.On the basis of the three party game theory to construct the three party game model of enterprise,government and consumers,analyzes the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium of the model,this shift in consumer awareness,government policy changes,the formation mechanism of enterprise green growth.Finally,based on the G1-entropy method,multilevel grey evaluation model of enterprise green growth model,choose the index system from the 6 aspects of green technology,green production,green investment level,green governance,green enterprise culture,the level of green institutional innovation level,and to the P enterprise as the object for empirical evaluation.The construction of the model provides a theoretical guidance for the evaluation of green growth level. |
