The financial system is the core of the economic system.Commercial banks are an important part of the financial system.Strengthening the banking risk management and promoting the commercial bank system reform and business structure adjustment has a very important role in optimizing fund allocation,credit creation,and monetary policy transmission.Since the reform and opening up,China’s commercial banks,especially large and medium-sized commercial banks,have been oriented to serving the real economy and have played an important financial service and supportive role in the economic transition.In recent years,with the entry of foreign-funded banks and cross-border institutions into China’s financial markets,the deepening of interest rate liberalization and the diversification of domestic customer demand,the traditional profit-making mode of China’s banking industry,where deposits and loans spread as the main source of profits,Accepting harsh challenges.Facing the complex and ever-changing external environment,commercial banks in our country,especially large and medium-sized commercial banks,should continue to broaden their profit channels and achieve steady growth in non-interest income and share.By accelerating business transformation and innovation,optimizing product innovation mechanism and increasing technology Investment and other ways to promote its business from quantitative to qualitative and efficient transformation,the ultimate realization of large and medium-sized commercial banks connotation of sustainable development.In this paper,we mainly study in accordance with the framework logic of "theoretical basis of business transformation-effect analysis-transformation strategy".Specifically speaking,this paper first sorts out and analyzes the theory of financial innovation,the theory of development strategy and the management theory of commercial banks,then analyzes and discusses the self-organization system of commercial banks based on self-organization theory,analyzes and studies commercial banks from an internal micro perspective Business Transformation Logic and Internal Influence Mechanism.Based on the theory of financial innovation and self-organization,this paper analyzes the inherent relationship between institutional changes and business transformation in large and medium-sized commercial banks based on the objective reality of China’s unique banking system reform.It also points out that the external factors such as government and market are closely related to the optimization and upgrading of various subsystems in banks jointly create conditions and impetus for the transformation of large and medium-sized commercial banks.After that,based on the characteristics of self-organization system of commercial banks,this paper further explores the internal dynamics of the transformation of large and medium-sized commercial banks in our country and analyzes the business transformation and functional evolution of large and medium-sized commercial banks through the dual perspective of "transformation and evolution".Secondly,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of large and medium-sized commercial banks,the differences and existing problems of the four major commercial banks in the United States,this paper probes into the inevitability of the transformation of large and medium-sized commercial banks.In order to objectively verify whether the business transformation can have a positive impact on the development of large and medium-sized commercial banks,this paper examines(from 2003 onwards)the operation and development of large and medium-sized commercial banks through the establishment of a panel data model from two aspects of operational efficiency and risk management Impact.In terms of operational efficiency,this paper establishes a regression model based on input-output perspective.From the empirical test results,through the business transformation can improve the efficiency of large and medium-sized commercial banks to play a positive role.In the aspect of overall risk,this paper first quantifies the R-value of commercial bank’s risk measurement based on the objective and actual situation,and on this basis,establishes the risk analysis panel model.From the test results,through the business transformation can reduce the overall risk of large and medium-sized banks play a positive role.All in all,the transformation of China’s large and medium-sized commercial banking business,that is,actively broaden the profit channels and vigorously develop non-interest income business can play a positive role in bank operational efficiency and risk control.At the same time,the results also solve.In this regard,this article studies the transformation of large and medium-sized commercial banks from "content" and "form" respectively.In terms of "content",this paper proposes that "asset-liability linkage" should be regarded as a transformation idea for asset and liability businesses,through the enhancement and innovation of the traditional business of assets and liabilities promotion,the promotion of securitization of credit assets,the enhancement of active liabilities and the exploration and implementation of linkage of investment and lending,And promote the transformation of asset-liability businesses of large and medium-sized commercial banks in China.In the middle business,should establish a modular product innovation mechanism for intermediate business,that is,modular design can effectively reduce the cost of intermediate business product innovation and improve product innovation efficiency.At the same time,this paper proposes that large and medium-sized commercial banks should promote the transformation of the middle business of large and medium-sized commercial banks in China in terms of developing high value-added intermediate businesses and actively promoting the branding of intermediate businesses.At the formal level,large and medium-sized commercial banks should adopt different paths to implement integrated business transformation in light of their own capabilities,scale,strategy and growth stage.For example,commercial banks that can indirectly obtain a "full license" through their parent companies(financial holding corporations)may choose a "strengthened" transition path,that is,they can fully realize "optimality through strengthening their own business operations and management Business Integration.Large commercial banks which have obtained a large number of licenses,may choose their "expansion" path appropriately to further expand the business scope of integrated operation.For other large and medium-sized commercial banks,"progressive" is more appropriate because of the high requirements of commercial banks for capital,wind control and other aspects of the comprehensive development.Based on the self-organization theory,this paper analyzes and discusses the self-organization system of commercial banks and analyzes the internal influence mechanism of business transformation from a micro perspective.On this basis,combined with the traditional theory of the motivation for financial innovation,the author analyzes the logic,characteristics and endogenous motivation of the large and medium-sized commercial banks in their transformation from two aspects: external influence and internal effect.In empirical aspects,this paper creatively explores the overall risk quantification of large and medium-sized commercial banks in our country.According to the core indicators of risk regulation and the regulatory threshold published by the regulatory authorities,this paper scientifically determines the overall risk R-value of commercial banks,and based on this analysis and test The Impact of the Transformation of Large and Medium Commercial Banks on Their Overall Risks.In the study of business transformation and pricing strategy of large and medium-sized commercial banks,this paper scientifically uses methods and analytical tools such as price
