| The trend of economic globalization is irreversible.Facing the complicated and volatile environment,enterprises need to strengthen their core capacity building,seek external resources that can be used for themselves,and form a multi-party win-win situation among enterprises.The formation of this network will complement the resources in the network members.The multi-win and complementary resources will accelerate the scientific and technological exchanges between enterprises and form a good environment for innovation.However,the existing innovation alliances generally have problems,such as inefficient cooperation and high failure rate,which makes the company have many doubts,include whether they participate in the innovation alliance,or participate in the innovation alliance that matches themselves.There is a question: different companies have different network structure positions,and whether they participate in the same innovative alliance model will produce the same level of innovation performance.Based on this,this paper attempts to solve the following three problems:(1)Does the network embedding of enterprises have an impact on the choice of enterprise innovation alliance,and then on the innovation performance of enterprises?(2)Is there a matching relationship between the enterprise's network embeddedness and the selection of innovation alliance? Does the position of high-tech enterprises in the innovation network affect the innovation performance of enterprises? How is it affected?(3)How do the individual characteristics of different enterprises' geospatial and cognitive influence the choice of innovation alliance?Based on “structure-behavior-performance” paradigm,this paper applies resource difference theory,social network theory and resource-based theory,using literature analysis,theoretical deduction,and empirical analysis.From the perspective of structural embedding,the paper constructs a conceptual model and examines the mechanism of interaction between enterprise embedding mechanism,decision-making behavior and final effect.The paper explores the differences in enterprise network embedding characteristics how to influence the choice of enterprise innovation alliance types,and then affects enterprise innovation performance.At the same time,considering the geographical proximity and cognitive proximity,this paper studies how to adjust the decision of enterprises participating in the innovation alliance in different network structure positions.This paper attempts to prove that due to the difference in the location of the enterprise network structure,the enterprise occupies or acquires the difference in resources,and this difference will affect the choice of the type of innovation alliances,and ultimately lead to the difference in performance of the enterprise.The research object of this paper is China's high-tech listed enterprises.After data screening,this paper finally determines 374 listed companies,and the 374 companies form an innovation network;this paper collects information about the sample companies' participation in the equity-based technology innovation alliance and the contract-type technology innovation alliance.After that,this paper esta blishes the econometric model,and uses UCINET and STATA software to measure and regress the variables,obtain the regression results,and propose management implications.Finally,the paper summarizes the conclusions,and puts forward the research flaws and future research prospects.The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects:(1)This paper discusses the relationship between network embedding and the choice of innovation alliance types,and proposes a matching view;(2)Equity-based technology innovation alliance and contract-type technology innovation alliance are binary selection variables.In this paper,they are used as mediators to reveal the internal mechanism of the impact of enterprise network embedding on innovation performance.(3)This paper develops the research of proximity theory in network embedding and alliance selection.The main shortcomings include:(1)the classification of technological innovation types is not detailed enough;(2)the research on network embedding needs to be deepened;(3)the selection of samples can be expanded. |
