Research On Green Synergetic Development Between Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry

Since 2013,China's economic development has entered a period of transformation.The growth rate of economic development has changed from high-speed to mediumhigh speed,shifting from chasing the speed of economic development to pursuing the quality of economic development.The structural optimization and adjustment have been deepened.It is called the new economic normal.In response to the development of the new normal economy,the country has put forward the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing in the new period.Under the background of this era,the optimization and adjustment of China's industrial structure have entered a deepening period.One of the main directions for the optimizing of industrial structure is to improve the status of the service industry in the national economy.Among them,the development of productive service industries is crucial.This paper starts with the source and connotation of the producer service industry,inherits the new development philosophy of green and coordinated,introduces the perspective of green and collaborative development,and explores the mechanism and path of producer service industry's collaborative evolution and the manufacturing industry.This paper takes the lead to review the historical process of China's industrial structure evolution and combines with the theory of industrial structure division of labor to analyze the different laws of China's industrial structure evolution.We use carbon emissions as the undesirable output of industrial development to build a SBM-GML model to evaluate the current status of green development of China's producer services and manufacturing industry.It arrives at the conclusion that China's producer services and manufacturing industry has unbalanced green development.Moreover,this paper leverages the super-efficiency DEA model and the spatial measurement model to evaluate further the potential of green development of producer services and manufacturing and determines factors that influence the green development of producer services and manufacturing.According to the Cobb-Douglas production function,producer services and manufacturing industries result from a social division of labor.Both of them have the inevitable requirement of coordinated development in the industrial value chain.Thus,this paper discusses the collaborative symbiosis mechanism between producer services and manufacturing based on the theories of professional division of labor and the value chain association theory as well as the dissipative structure theory and endosymbiosis theory.It establishes the basic model of the coordinated development of producer services and manufacturing,and through the measurement and analysis of industrial associations,further validates the asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis between producer services and manufacturing.Besides,this paper further analyzes and verifies the laws and trends of the synergistic evolution of producer services and manufacturing by introducing the Haken model in the self-organization theory.It concludes that economic growth is the order parameter of green synergistic evolution of producer services and manufacturing and plays a decisive role in the coordinated evolution of producer services and manufacturing complex systems.Finally,this paper builds a system dynamics simulation model of the green collaborative evolution of producer services and manufacturing,conducts a system simulation analysis of the green collaborative evolution path of producer services and manufacturing,and targets its green collaboration for different influencing factors.Scenario analysis was performed on the impact of evolution.Based on the research results,this paper concludes that the green collaborative evolution of producer services and manufacturing is an inevitable requirement for China to implement the new development theory of the new normal economic period.To achieve this goal,we propose some policy recommendations at the end.This paper has 70 pictures,44 tables and 184 references.
