| We pose the Caratheodory-Fejer interpolation problem for open, circled and bounded matrix-convex sets in Cd . By using the Blecher-Ruan-Sinclair characterization of an abstract unital operator algebra, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a minimum-norm solution to the problem. |
