The study takes us back to the early 1960s when African took charge of their own affairs ushering in new hope and a promising future. We then examined how leaders on the continent have governed the continent since independence. We looked at the kind of leadership style that seems to have been applied across the continent and the impact it has had on its people, the economy and foreign investment.; There is a lack of good leadership on the African continent. The continent has known nothing but unrests, corruption, bad governance, lack of the rule of law, and development. As a result, most of foreign investors have stayed away from the continent. Today, Africa is the only continent on earth where people do not enjoy an economic successes and political stability. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Continent, African, Leadership, Foreign | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
