Aside from sensationalized media coverage of the increasing presence of trans men on women's college campuses, there is no documentation of this population's experiences. This study attempts to a give a voice to these four individuals and add to the growing discourse around trans men on women's college campuses. Narrative inquiry allows the researcher to learn how the participants make meaning of their experiences attending a women's college as a masculine or transmasculine identified transgender male student through their stories. Further, it examines the ways in which attending a women's college influenced the construction of their trans/masculinity. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Narrative inquiry, College, Transmasculine identified transgender | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
