A development of coaches through the natural church development model church process in Korea

The purpose of this study is to study the impact of the role of coach in making into healthy church structure according to natural church development survey. NCD Korea has had the privilege of training more than 40,000 pastors over the last 5 years. We have also provided books and resources based on our training experience to the Korean churches in Korea and churches worldwide. Our website is one of the most popular websites for pastors and church leaders. Many pastors and church leaders have used NCD resources and training materials in their ministry. NCD Korea has hosted more than 50 international experts from outside of Korea. NCD Korea has more than 50 full time staff members and over 100 part time workers who are dedicated to train church leaders in Korea. NCD Korea has published more than 100 church resources and books. We have become one of the top 10 Christian publishers in Korea by providing quality resources for church leaders over the past 5 years.; However, the transformation of leadership and fruits of NCD Korea ministry has neither had effective nor desirable results compared to the amount of investment of energy and resources spent. NCD Korea has found out that less than 10% of the church leaders experienced true transformation and change of church structure and any fruit of ministry by the traditional training method of NCD Korea. By traditional training we mean training through seminars, books, tapes and conference without coaching and follow up.; NCD Korea also found that church leaders teach their members the same way that they received teaching from NCD Korea. This is the traditional method of training people in Korea. But, people change more by small groups and with a coach's support, encouragement and accountability.; NCD Korea needs to change its training system radically to produce more effective results. To develop more and better coaches is the key factor in growing NCD Korea.; This project will oversee and monitor the effectiveness of training weekly by the coaches for one year.
