Teachers' job satisfaction was measured using the Teacher Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (TJSQ). The seven correlates of effective schools were measured by the School Effectiveness Characteristics and Indicators Questionnaire (SECIQ).; Data were analyzed at the .05 level of significance. A bivariate Pearson correlation was used to determine relationships between school effectiveness and teachers' job satisfaction among teachers at the various school levels.; Results of the data analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between school effectiveness and teachers' job satisfaction among teachers at the elementary, middle and high schools that participated in the study.
