At the end of Round III, the degree of consensus among the experts was measured by applying Kendall Coefficient of Concordance and conducting Chi-square analysis. The results of this research study provide assurance that there was an agreement among participants on the final list of the components of IT governance for higher education institutions. This study's final components can be used as a platform to define an IT governance framework or model for higher education institutions.
