The study describes the University's Organizational Profile by determining the degree of balance of the four leadership practices at the University in general, throughout the schools, and among the faculty, in the context of Bolman and Deal's Four Frame Organizational Theory. The research investigated whether there is a difference in mean faculty perceptions among the four frames at the university as well as across the schools of the university.;One-way within-subjects analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to see if there are differences among the four leadership factors in mean Four Frame Usage scores. To see if there is a difference in mean faculty perceptions among the four frame practices at the University depending on school/college a one-way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was conducted.;The result stated that there was a difference among the four leadership factor perceived to be used at the university. Faculty perceived the Symbolic frame as differing from the other three frames. There were no significant differences between other three frames.;Further research result indicated that there a difference in faculty perceptions among the eight items in the Symbolic frame scale. An inspection of the symbolic scale items shows that faculty more strongly perceived that the University possesses an alluring, charming and appealing environment and that the University communicates a strong and challenging vision and sense of mission than on any of the other six items.;There was no differences were found among the four leadership frames among colleges. Fisher's Least Significant Difference Test was used as an adjustment for multiple comparisons. Finally Cronbach Alpha coefficient test was used to see Alpha Reliability Coefficients.
