Minami Estimates for Finite Rank Anderson Model

We define a finite rank Anderson model. Then we state and prove Wegner and Minami estimates for this random operator at the bottom and the top of its spectrum. We also investigate a case where the spectrum has a gap, and establish a Minami estimate at the edges of this spectral gap. We adapt methods used by Combes, Germinet and Klein.
