Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyses were used to analyze the data to determine if there were significant relationships between the variables.; The study found that a significant relationship exists between elevated MMPI-2 F scale and F–K index scores and workers compensation claimants involved in litigation. There was a significant relationship between gender and education level, and elevated MMPI-2 F–K index scores and a significant relationship between education level and elevated MMPI-2 F scale scores. However, there were no significant relationships between age and marital status and elevated MMPI-2 F scale and F–K index scores.
