REVISION OF THE CALLOPHRYINA OF THE WORLD WITH PHYLOGENETIC AND BIOGEOGRAPHIC ANALYSES (LEPIDOPTERA: LYCAENIDAE)

The worldwide grade group Callophrys Billberg sensu lato prior to the present reclassification has contained species placed either in eight subgenera of Callophrys or as eight separate genera. All of these arrangements have consisted of para- and polyphyletic groups except for monotypic taxa.
