omplete oxidation of parts-per-million levels of gaseous trichloroethylene (TCE) to carbon dioxide and hydrogen chloride has been achieved at ambient conditions over near ultraviolet illuminated titanium dioxide powders. Kinetic experiments have determined that the reaction rate dependence on outlet TCE, oxygen and water vapor mole fractions mole fractions consists of reactant sensitive and insensitive regions.
