Abstract/Summary:
In this project, we studied the molecular mechanisms of tumor cell-vasculature interactions. We focused our research on the role of various adhesion molecules in mediating tumor cell-endothelium and tumor cell-ECM interactions and on the modulatory functions of eicosanoid 12(S)-HETE.
