Based upon the foundational knowledge of the generations, assumptions could be made about the characteristics and needs of the Millennial Generation within the four overlapping themes relevant to teachers in the Archdiocese of Saint Louis: technology use, relationship with colleagues, relationship with leadership, and religious thoughts and practices. The doctoral project sought to investigate whether the Millennial teachers of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis perceived themselves to exhibit these characteristics and needs by administering a survey of all the teachers in the Archdiocese and then proposed action steps for the school leaders of the Archdiocese to more effectively work with their Millennial teachers.
