mproving internal communications in nonprofits needs senior leader support. This research focuses on senior leaderships' role in nonprofits' internal communication efforts. This support will increase employees' understanding and awareness of the organization's goals. Organizational leaders will need to validate the role of communication within the organization as well as designate professionals to carry out the communication efforts to make sure internal audiences understand the organization's messages.
