In this article, reservoir characterization, porous flow in fractured reservoir, effective driving pressure system and its affecting factors and theory establishment method, effective driving pressure system's establishment in Daqing and Changqing were studied, and the main results are as follows.1. For different low permeability reservoir, water-test permeability may different while the air-test permeability is equal, and it will result in different flow ability in the course of water-flood development.2. In fractured reservoir, liquid's flow mainly happens in the area opposite to the induced fracture, and flow pattern is one-way flow. For fractured lateral well, liquid's flow mainly happens beside induced fractures in the begining of the production, but liquid's flow mainly happens between injection wells and side fractures at the end of the production. Comparing the three of Dumbbell-shaped, Spindle-shaped, and Equal fracture-shaped fractured lateral wells, injection validity in Spindle-shaped fractured lateral well is the best, and injection validity in Dumbbell-shaped fractured lateral well is the worst.3. For the reason of supplementing enough energy to the reservoir timely to maintain a constant production rate, the concept of effective driving pressure system was raised. Permeability, oil viscosity, reservoir thickness, production rate, reservoir pressure, length of induced frature, well spacing, row spacing have impact on the injecion-production pressure system's effectiveness. The impact of permeability, oil viscosity, length of fracture on the effectiveness of driving pressure system is flow resistance; The impact of reservoir thickness, reservoir pressure, production rate is material deficit; The impact of well spacing, row spacing is timeliness of supplementing energy and production well's effective control area.4. By the image theory, formulas for establishing effective driving pressure system for completely fractured injection-production well array, rectangle five-spot well pattern, reverse seven-spot well pattern, reverse diamond nine-spot well pattern were derived, and theory board charts were made by the theory formulas.5. Because of the reservoir characterization, water-test permeability in Daqing is smller than Water-test permeability in Changqing while air-test permeability in Daqing and Changqing is equal, so, it results in flow ability in Daqing is smaller than it in Changqing and it is more difficult for Daqing to establish a effectiveness driving pressure system.
