With the 40-year development of reform and opening up,the income of Chinese residents has changed significantly, forming a large number of differentiated income groups, and their needs are increasingly diversified. The income level of Chinese households has been continuously accumulated, but the gap between the income levels of residents has also continued to widen, and the gap in income distribution has become increasingly prominent. Therefore,we must be soberly aware that there is still a gap between the results obtained and the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the expectations of the people.Behind this phenomenon, the evolution of the income distribution of residents has always played an important role, which implies the income class structure or the continuous change in the income growth rate and population density of each class.Based on the large changes in residents' income, the shape, location, and ductility of income distribution have also diversified. This paper refers to this change as the evolution of income distribution, which is mainly caused by location effects, scale effects, and residual effects.Composition, the residual effect mainly reflects the income differentiation caused by heterogeneity(such as education level, income structure,etc.).Therefore,it will be more realistic to study the impact of location-scale-residual effect on the evolution of residents' income distribution.Income distribution is the basic way to reflect the income distribution structure and evolution trend of residents,is a major form of the change in wealth distribution over time, and is the basis for quantitative research on residents' income issues. In terms of statistical research, the most common research is to fit the income distribution function and income density function. The income density function can clearly describe the structure of residents' income distribution and its evolution process. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to estimate the form of the distribution function of residents 'income.Through multidimensional description statistics and empirical research, explore the evolution process of residents' income distribution over time from the perspective of dynamic and static research.Based on this, the next step is to explore what causes This evolutionary trajectory of the income distribution of residents is a question worthy of further study. An in-depth analysis of the important factors affecting the income distribution of the residents, the reasons and degree of influence on the evolution path of income distribution are found, and what factors can be adjusted to improve the income level and reduce the income gap.In order to achieve social equity and improve economic growth benefits, promote the comprehensive sharing of harmonious development results, and provide a reference for the construction of a scientific and reasonable income distribution pattern. In the research process of this thesis,a combination of theory and practice,a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,a combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis, and the fitting income distribution as the research basis, actively explore the evolution of the residents' income distribution and its influencing factors.the study.According to the development status and data characteristics of the residents' income distribution, the YeoJohnson transform is combined with the mixed Gaussian distribution, and then the mixed income distribution function of the residents is derived. The EM algorithm and numerical root method are used to estimate the distribution parameters, and then the income distribution of the residents is estimated. The fitting is performed, and the evolution process of the income distribution of residents over time is studied from a dynamic perspective, and an explanation and conclusion consistent with the actual situation are given.According to the polarization of residents' income distribution,a mixed quantile regression model is constructed.Bayesian estimation is used to statistically infer mixed quantile regression.Numerical research is used to test the accuracy and effectiveness of the estimation method. The effect of family education level, family income structure and family size on household income distribution at different levels. The specific research ideas are carried out according to the following levels:First,by summarizing relevant domestic and foreign related literature research,a more comprehensive understanding of the current status and research progress of China's residents' income distribution can be used to find out the deficiencies of the research, further clarify the research purpose and research ideas of the article, determine the research content, research Methods and research innovations.Secondly, based on the current situation of income distribution of the residents, perform a descriptive statistical analysis, study the shape of the residents 'income distribution and fit them, use mathematical statistical correlation methods to estimate the residents' income distribution function, and perform a test of goodness of fit to explore the mixed distribution.Evolution process and law.The position-scale parameter of the income distribution shifts to the right as time passes, resulting in a continuous change of the distribution.Using time as a variable factor to consider its effect on the position parameter, scale parameter, and transformation parameter of the income distribution, explore from the time series dimension. The trend of position-scale parameters over time. Finally,on the basis of fitting the income distribution, the detailed analysis of the effects of economic growth and income distribution on the evolution of income distribution caused by changes in the position and scale of residents' income over the years, and the specific analysis of each income from the perspective of economic growth and income distribution The changing process of the proportion of the residents' income groups in the interval.Based on the heterogeneous characteristics of the evolution of household income distribution, detailed empirical analysis of the main factors affecting the evolution of household income from a micro-level,the selection of representative household income structure, family education level and family size individual heterogeneity factors to construct The mixed quantile regression model uses Bayesian inference to estimate the regression coefficients, and explores the impact of each variable on the income distribution of residents at different quantile levels.By describing the results of statistical and empirical research, and putting forward practical countermeasures and suggestions, the income distribution mechanism should be improved. At the initial stage, both economic benefits and fairness should be paid attention to,and the redistribution phase should pay more attention to fairness. As wage income is the most important source of increasing residents' income, increasing the wage income of residents to improve the income structure and improving education equality for different income groups should also ensure the quality of education, especially for low-income groups and backward areas.
